I challenge anyone who thinks a female preacher/pastor is usurping authority to look up the word usurp (in a standard dictionary of English, not a biased dictionary of biblical words), and present a sound and consistent explanation of how she is doing so, without making the circular argument of "Scripture says so".

You're not understanding the context at all. In 1Tim, the historical context as well as the scripture context is showing this is about personal conduct in public & marriage relationships, not holding offices.

1Cor is about women's conduct in the church. Both cities had Temples to female dieties where the place of women was prominent, pompous, & prideful. Paul was dealing with special circumstances, so special instructions was needed.

In some churches today, If Paul was alive he would be telling men & women to wear modest apparel(no big bling), drive modest cars & live in modest homes.

That does not give them license to pastor a church. Not every saint of God is called to pastor a church but all are commanded to witness of the saving grace of God. That grace is clearly seen in the believers submission to the word of God.

Men started the license issue. In the beginning it wasn't so. The first generation church didn't have boards or bylaws or even a sanctuary. And no one had authority to order anyone except Christ because it's His church, & the Holy Spirit to teach & lead the flock in ministry.

Firstly, you're stubborn, and not in a good way. You repeat the same thing without engaging with the text or with the challenges presented to you.

Secondly, you're engaging in eisegesis. The word "pastor" simply does not appear in any of the passages you quoted.

Thirdly, you're arrogant, as you seem to think that everyone who disagrees with you is stupid, and has not read those passages many times.

Firstly: I'm not stubborn, but unwavering to the truth of God's words, and the liberal positions you hold, a woman cant be the Leader/Bishop/Pastor of a Church, simple

Secondly: A Bishop is the leader of a Church, in modern day terms a Pastor.

Thirdly: Its your "Opinion" on arrogance, my observation and opinion regarding your postings would be the same

Sorry, but you don't even understand that the word 'bishop' is a wrong translation everywhere it's used in the KJV.
Get past that & maybe we can talk about it.:)
