This is not true at all, at a molecular level all hell breaks loose. Particles behave like waves, go backward in time, appear from nowhere and Newtons laws of a physical universe completely fall apart. This has many scientists questioning the nature of reality itself and if we live in a simulated universe projected by conscience. At a sub atomic level science is staring god right in the face.
Are you are saying the Serpent that temps Eve was allowed into Eden because the tree represented a gateway between heaven (Eden) and Hell (Earth)?
Basically ..I can't imagine a different reason for him to be allowed in there.
God had already cast Satan out, but God doesn't create evil. The choice to chose evil over God (for humans) was this fallen reality through the tree. God used something that was already fallen to be the choice that allows Free Will.
First, you would have to define what sin and evil are and how they directly effected creation as a whole.
Some questions that no one knows the answers to. We can have fun with speculation and Science to fill in the blanks. Before the fall they could eat from any tree but one. Would not that include the tree of life? Its clear the Father had a plan from the start . In all creation there is no one like man. Even angels don't understand this love the Father has for man nor this relationship we CAN have with Him. I was going to say this song says it "What this world needs".

Jesus said God's Kingdom is all around us but we are blind to it. It's because we have this view of the fallen reality.

They could eat from any tree but commanded not to eat of one. A&E did not eat of the Tree of Life.

You get to pick from two scenarios, Satan was at a gateway or he is somehow attached to anything fallen. The latter is extremely scary to think about.
You know how God doesn't create evil? Well, how does He give us Free Will without having something evil for us to choose from? What was available to God that was already evil?
Free will is a misnomer, since the will is constrained by many factors.
Self will on the other hand, is apparent from front to back of the Bible.
Man's will is either aligned with God's, or it is not.
Man's will being constrained does not mean he is not morally responsible for choices he makes.

It's more than disobeying God ..it's taking on an evil perception that really got us bad. We chose to follow Satan into this fallen reality.
Man's choice caused corruption, not Satan's. You waffle on this point.
And it really can all be boiled down simply, to disobeying God.
Mankind continues to elevate their will above His.
