I really do think the whole "Well it just ain't meant to be" is defeatist tripe in the dress of wisdom.

Dr. Des' Guide to Winning a Girl Back:

Now a fun thing to do in the situation I'm in is utter nonsense. Keep her guessing.

I'm going to send her a picture of myself or some nonsensical thing at 11pm every Saturday evening from here until she comes crawling back or I see a picture of her with some fop on social media.

I have won girls back by trolling them in the past. I'll let y'all know how it goes this time.
 
You can't just message a girl. You can't beg her to come back. It has to be edgy.
