People just don't want to pay for quality service. Bureaucracy chokes the entrepreneur while do-it-yourselfism turns his pockets out.

Baltic states are funny. I don't know where to place them culturally. They're called Eastern European, but they're more like displaced Central Europeans and Scandinavians.

It's kind of like the Bretons. What are they doing outside of Britain? Inquiring minds want to know!
