There was one 'condition 'to recieve Jesus and that was through faith. Now you have recieved Jesus don't preach that you now save yourself .
" For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.
19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.
20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning."

Pretty clear isn't it?

For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the KNOWLEDGE of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again
These people had the knowledge of Jesus. It doesn’t say they received Jesus Himself.

They eventually REJECTED the knowledge they received.

They’re similar to these people, who were never born again, but had the head knowledge of Jesus, maybe went to Church, and did other works , that made them SEEM like born again Christians.

1 John 2:19
New King James Version

19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they went out that they might be made manifest, that none of them were of us.

Thats a name for Gods elect people, the Church. He gives all His Chosen in Christ Eph 1:4 both repentance and forgiveness of sins as free gifts.

So the verses you approve are the clear verses?

Seems clear that osas isn’t real. People can and will fall away from the faith..the Spirit tells us this is explicitly.
Scripture also explicitly tells us that those who leave never truly belonged in the first place.

since you asked....
Romans 12
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God
Yes but this is after we are saved . And the only way its our 'reasonable service 'is because we are promised glorification.

The clue in who this is speaking about is right at the beginning of the chapter. You have to trust the bible .

1¶But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
2 Peter 2:22. “But it is happened unto THEM.” The “them” are the false prophets and false teachers discussed throughout the chapter. “The dog is turned to HIS own vomit.” In respect to verse one, that is the false prophets; they’re men. “The sow that was washed to HER wallowing in the mire.” Respectively, the “sow” is the false teachers; they’re women.

This question makes me think someone has been influenced by one of the many .....slanted new age religion bibles.... published since the 1960's.

The KJV 1611 edition of the Bible clearly stresses the requirement for repentance, baptism and complying with God's commandments as righteous living. ..."until the end".....
This is hilarious to hear as many KJV-only people (I'd say most I know) believe in easy believism. No repentance whatsoever unless repentance means change of mind where a change of action may or may not occur.

Again, there is no refuting the fact that this scripture states after they have ESCAPED the pollution of the world through the knowledge of Christ, they are AGAIN ENTANGLED therein, and OVERCOME

21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

Read the words. it had been better for them NOT TO HAVE KNOWN the way of righteousness, than, AFTER THEY HAVE KNOWN IT, to TURN from the holy commandment

22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

I find it curious that your teachers found it needful to assign gender to the the stated proverb (a meaningless gesture). But the proverb itself confirms that like a dog those who have once known righteousness to turn back to sin, like a sow who was cleaned to turn back to wallow in filth.

How is that possible when the bible is clear that a believer is sealed by the Holy Spirit unto the day of redemption. Hes predestined to it . ?
Those verses can’t say what you think they do when other scriptures clearly refute osas outright. God didn’t even deal with His chosen people like that and we are only grafted in. Like Romans 11 says..
Romans‬ ‭11:17-22‬ ‭
But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive, were grafted in among them and became partaker with them of the rich root of the olive tree, do not be arrogant toward the branches; but if you are arrogant, remember that it is not you who supports the root, but the root supports you. You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.” Quite right, they were broken off for their unbelief, but you stand by your faith. Do not be conceited, but fear; for if God did not spare the natural branches, He will not spare you, either. Behold then the kindness and severity of God; to those who fell, severity, but to you, God’s kindness, if you continue in His kindness; otherwise you also will be cut off.

Then you must read the bible as if certain parts are not true for the believer today . When you read ' sealed unto the day of redemption ' you must first think " praise God for this wonderful assurance " ...oh but wait there s a verse here that says something to the contrary...Ok I need to change that verse to fit this one "
oh wait there is another that says ' nothing can separate you from the love of God ' .." praise God for this wonderful truth ..." oh hang on I've just seen another verse that casts doubt on this . Ok I'll undo that verse so it fits this one " ...and on and on ...You cannot trust the bible like this .
Nothing can but you can separate yourself...why do you think the Bible warns us of false teachers and false prophets? Because we are osas? No, because we can be deceived and fall away from the faith..fall away from God. A little leaven leavens the whole lump of dough after all.

No it doesn’t. The Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith. Tells me that you have to be of the faith to fall away from it.

The Spirit doesn’t say some who thought they were of the faith fell away or the Spirit says they weren’t really saved and fell away but that some will fall away from the faith and He explicitly says this..there are no ifs, ands or butts.

No it doesn’t.
They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would
have remained with us; but their going showed that none of them belonged to us.
1 John 2:19

Yes, it does. And Jesus said so, as well.

Those aren’t the same people that the Spirit is talking about in 1 Timothy 4:1..is what I meant. The people falling away are of the faith which is the only way they can fall away from the faith.

How have you determined they are not the same people?

Being deceived is a mark of the unregenerate.

That scripture clearly states they had escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of Christ
How does that equate to receiving Jesus, and becoming a born again Child of God?

They had the knowledge of Christ. They tasted Him. But they never drank His Blood or ate His Flesh. Then they rejected Him, and spat Him out.

So it would’ve been better for them never to have tasted Him through the knowledge of Him.

Whether you are talking about this passage, the 1 John passage, the people that Jesus NEVER knew passage, or the Hebrews 6 passage, they’re all the same people that were never Born again to begin with.

Like I said you have to be of the faith to fall away from the faith...or in Hebrews 6:4-6 goes into greater detail telling us those who are partakes of the Holy Spirit.
To my knowledge only true Christians partake of the Holy Spirit. So the verses are talking about Christians who have tasted the heavenly gift..Jesus and having been enlightened..their eyes opened and then fall away...they can’t come back because it’s impossible to renew them again to repentance.

‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭6:4-6‬ ‭
For in the case of those who have once been enlightened and have tasted of the heavenly gift and have been made partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, and then have fallen away, it is impossible to renew them again to repentance, since they again crucify to themselves the Son of God and put Him to open shame.

Also if we read more of 1 Timothy we see the ones who fell away have been deceived...
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭4:1-2‬ ‭
But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons, by means of the hypocrisy of liars.
