Yeah I'd take the crucifixion. The purpose of crucifixion was not so much a slow, agonising death so much as a method to display the bodies, alive or not, for a length of time. It was reserved for political criminals such as Jesus and those whom were executed with him.
Well it could be slow and it often lasted for days. If they meant to speed it up they would break the criminals legs or shove a spear into their heart.

It was typically reserved for major crimes. But eventually, as Christians became targets, many were crucified.

I'd rather die while fishing, watching the sunset, or holding my family's hands.
Would you prefer to be crucified as Jesus was or be subject to 44 days of rape and torture like Junko Furuta?

The son (Jesus) didn't 'become' flesh. Jesus is flesh. By definition he is fully human and fully divine.
Actually :
1¶In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2The same was in the beginning with God.

3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

14¶And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

No. I deny that the Word is Jesus.

Jesus is fully human and fully divine.

Jesus refers to the human manifestation of God.

Saying Jesus 'became flesh' makes no sense. Jesus is by definition flesh.
Jesus by definition is the second Person of the Trinity, and always existed, but not always in the flesh.

You are wrong to say He did not become flesh. Scripture disagrees with your assertion.

You are also wrong to deny the Word is Jesus.

Scripture plainly says He is.

Well I would never deny the trinity, that's against the rules.

My understanding was that Jesus is 'fully human and fully divine'. I must be mistaken.

I have plainly pointed out where you are mistaken. No need to play games.

You could just admit you are wrong. Is that asking too much?

I am wrong. Jesus is NOT fully human and fully divine, as was my understanding.

More of your silly pointless game playing.

If you are attending a church that is teaching these heresies you are espousing, I strongly suggest finding a new church.

She said Jesus did NOT take on flesh, and That He is NOT the Word.

I showed her in Scripture how she is wrong but is playing games rather than admit her error.

Sadly, you fell for it. Her deceptiveness is this regard should be a red fag for everyone.

Neither. It is sad that Christians have faced such oppression. But the apostles saw it as a honor and even spoke joyfully in their times of facing death. They were more excited to be with Jesus but understood until God willed it, they had a mission to complete on Earth.

I saw where she said she has been a Christian for only a year. Also in her comment, she said she was wrong for Jesus being both Human fully and fully Devine. That is correct Jesus is both of that at the same time.

Which fate would you imagine would be more painful?
