If it were medically possible to live forever, would that contradict God's will?

It would contradict this:
1Co 15:36 Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die:
1Co 15:37 And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:
1Co 15:38 But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.
1Co 15:39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.
1Co 15:40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
1Co 15:41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory.
1Co 15:42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:

If it were medically possible to live forever, would that contradict God's will?
As has already been posted, it would only be possible if God miraculously protected us from cutting each other's heads off with chainsaws, etc. We might be close to this in theory and medical science, but when God says you're gonna go, you're gonna go. Not like men could put speed bumps in God's path. Actually our lifespans are getting shorter despite the best-laid plans of mice and men.
Genesis 5:27 And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.

There was a reason why the Tree of Life was removed from the garden of Eden.
Once we accept the Messiah as our savior, then we Spiritually have eternal life with the promise of a resurrection body.
Our physical bodies still have to experience death because we still are a fallen being. In the case of those living who are caught up to meet Yeshua (Jesus) in the heavens once the dead in Christ have risen first, their bodies will be transformed in an instance to the new resurrection body and the old nature to sin left behind.
Once we accept the Messiah as our savior, then we Spiritually have eternal life with the promise of a resurrection body.
Our physical bodies still have to experience death because we still are a fallen being. In the case of those living who are caught up to meet Yeshua (Jesus) in the heavens once the dead in Christ have risen first, their bodies will be transformed in an instance to the new resurrection body and the old nature to sin left behind.

I am currently in the book of Job where God is finally talking directly to him (Chapter 38). He reveals to Job that, no matter how much science you think you know, God has infinitely more knowledge. Man, that just puts me in my place every time I read it.
To your question, it really doesn't matter what we think we've accomplished as human beings. In every instance, from curing Polio, to landing on the moon, God was the one who made it happen.
So, the short answer is yes, if the medical community found a way to extend human life indefinitely, the only way it could ever happen is if God willed it. But, I think you'll find that most people on this forum, including myself, would find that scenario highly unlikely, due to the problem of sin, as explained in Genesis.
Still, God allows anything to happen at any time to anyone for whatever reason He chooses. If that doesn't instill in us a healthy fear of Him, I don't know what will. Revisit the book of Job, and you'll see what I mean.

All corrupt flesh must die.. God is long suffering toward us in this current fallen state.. But God will not allow mankind to remain in this condition forever.. So it is a waste of time for people to try to find a way to live forever in this world in these bodies.. It's not going to happen.. God will not allow it..
