It's not a meme. Glad you did your homework and all that beer did not impede your ability to continue to be a Canadian intent on playing a part in American politics even though you are as effective as a pigeon on a rooftop waiting for breakfast.

As we know from media coverage the trump incited rioters, the blue lives matter crowd, the law and order party supporters had no problem crushing this poor police officer and beating another officer with the poles carrying the American flag.
Of course it could be made into a meme like the one posted about Democratics
At least the location of the photo would be accurate, but it would be a disservice and fakery to assume that all Republicans are supporters of trumps rioters, the Proud boys and Oath Takers. But to those who want to spread propaganda it's fair game.
