Rupees are not worth very much, something like a 100 would equal a US dollar. For men on a tight budget seeking a wife rupees would be more affordable than rubies. The current valuation of rubles is consistent with rupees. Guess for those men seeking an affordable Russian mail-ordered bride rubles would be the way to go. Personally, I would opt for the 2 day shipping.

I still see leaves on some trees in Texas yes it gets in mid 90s on average in summer but these winters are gravy some days are in 70s in winter.
It was very frosty here this morning to the point where, while it was still dark, it was hard to tell if it had snowed or not. There was also a fog bank behind the west end buildings over the water in front of the mountains, and the fog horns were blaring almost constantly for a couple of hours

I've heard some dating coaches say that the actual percentage is now around 60% in the US and closer 70% in Canada. Not exactly favourable odds.
Entering into a marriage is a calculated risks. Even at those odds you could be in the 30% - 40% that are happily married. I am a firm believer in nothing ventured nothing gained. It is key to enter into a marriage being 100% committed, if so, the odds are now in your favor.
There was heavy fog this morning. Started out around 50F and temp has steadily dropped. Currently, 25F in Jamestown, TN. Got about an inch of snow. Not so bad really. Darlene says the weather here is refreshing after having lived in the Tampa area since 1979. She is originally from Indiana and spent her childhood mostly in Kentucky and Tennessee.
