U.S. had 'Draft Lottery' system.. ( 1970 - 1975)
- During the 'Vietnam War.'
---
'Lottery Number' was assigned..to your birthday.
- I remember watching the 'Evening News'..
- To find out my Lottery #!
---
Note:
The 'Vietnam War' ended in April, 1975.
- 20 years war..
My number was in the 20's so I joined the Air Force. I wanted to be on the side with the most nuclear weapons and be on the side that won after we vaporized then all. Does "Nuke 'em till they glow!" or '"Better dead than RED!" Ring any bells?

Had so many packages in the post office today that I could barely get to the time clock.

I see certified letters of green, priority packages of blue. Massive amounts of overtime for me and you and I think to myself, what a wonderful world.

You could write a Christmas carol in Lynx's thread where you change the words to a known tune and replace them with with your own. It is supposed to be COVID related but I am sure you could work that in there with your overload of deliveries to make :D

Dan decorated his truck for Christmas

I shop online and I kinda wanted to ask @mailmandan why it takes longer for usps to send a 9" package from Canoga Park Cali., to Anaheim, (58 miles) than it takes Fed-ex to send one 55" long and over 5x heavier to Anaheim from Brazos TX. thru Dallas TX, (over 1,505 miles?) I know it's got nothing to do with you pal, but how does it make any sense, or does it?

P. S. Put a new water cooled H.D. on your Jeep.

,(y),(y),(y),(y),(y),(y),(y),(y). ! ! & !

"The sound of the drums of war accompanies the discussion of doctrine." Yuanwu
Just thought I'd drop that here, it's really a hit.

My name is Bob, so of course I love Bobbers' . If I still had two good legs (or 1 & 1/2), I'd buy one and name it Bobberts' Bobber!
