Good night Ruby![]()
I used to have to ride the subway and an elevated train to school everyday. I didn't appreciate how much of a cool experience it was back then but now I realize it was pretty cool. The elevated train went over this huge suspension bridge too. The subway was kind of scary but neat at the same time. A lot of strange noises and dark tunnels. There needs to be created a specific service, a bus or train or so, for taking people where they don't need to go, for totally aimless riding around for the purposes of relaxation, unwinding from bad mood, and so on. I used public transport this way. There's always a sense of peace and relief at the last station and a slight thrill if I haven't been there before. Then I just wait and take a ride back or if I know the area enough, walk some to a more familiar area. But I'd really like to see a bus or train that goes nowhere, that's somewhat empty so you can kind of empty your thoughts, where people only get in to unwind and chill. You can spend a whole day riding and staring through the window if you need to.
Not a very Monday-y thing to say, I know.![]()
