I think it would be better if we would Stop thinking if Calvin and try to listen what we are saying. It’s not a Calvinist view it’s a biblical view

It is the interpretation of what or how one is predestined that is in question

We were still predestined

God did not come to a point where he said yeah. I found another son. Where he had no previous knowledge

Why do people want to humanize God and take away his omniscience

But we are not Adopted at conversion.
Read rom 8.23 .
