As with all spiritual gifts,the gift of faith is given to some Christians who then use it to edify others in the body of Christ.
Those with the gift of faith are an inspiration to their fellow believers,exhibiting a simple confidence in God that shows in all they say and do.
Extraordinarily faithful people show a humble godliness and reliance on God’s promises,often so much so that they are known to be quietly fearless and zealous.
They are so convinced that all obstacles to the gospel and to God’s purposes will be overcome and so confident that God will secure the advancement of His cause,that they will often do far more in the promotion of His Kingdom.

That is correct. It probably means EXTRAORDINARY FAITH. But faith is also shown as a fruit of the Spirit.
Neither of these are saving faith, since saving faith is generated through the preaching of the Gospel (under the convicting and convincing of the Holy Spirit). See Romans 10. God does not give the *gift* of saving faith to some and withholds it from others. That is simply because salvation is offered to all -- "whosoever" means anyone and everyone.

We should never confuse the "fruit of the Spirit" with the fruits that Jesus was referencing ... being false teachers and their converts.
If we do, we stand the risk of becoming judgmental in trying to determine whether someone is producing the fruit of the Spirit found in Galatians 5:22 and we may just say that they "lack fruit" or their "fruit is lacking."
Since none of us perfectly displays the fruit of the Spirit, “fruit-of-the-Spirit-inspecting” can become a serious problem among Christians.
Seeing as Jesus had just condemned the critical attitude of condemning others for what we perceive as their sinful or un-Christian
behavior in Matthew 7:1-4, it is wrong to think that He would then turn around and tell us to judge someone by whether we consider they are producing the fruit of the Spirit.
There are many high profile teachers within the Calvinist camp that preach this wrong fruit inspection unfortunately.

Can it be any plainer that the “fruits” Jesus is speaking of are the words we speak, specifically our teachings, our doctrines?
To not see would have to be attributed to the inability to read.
“Whosoever transgresses, and abides not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abides in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed” (2 John 1:9-10).
