Me too @jackrosie me too.
The doctrine of unlimited atonement or universal atonement claims Jesus died for every sin committed by all mankind.
The doctrine of limited atonement or definite atonement claims Jesus died for each specific sin of only those who believe.
Basically...
Grac’r: So Jesus died for all sin?
Free Will’r: That’s right!
Grace’r: What about those in hell?

He gives us the opportunity to receive Him. It’s our choice to do so or not.![]()
“Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.” John 1:12-13Look what he said here
He gives us the opportunity to receive him.............seriously?
That is saying we can choose.....so he’s saying it’s our choice.
Completely 100% disagree with him.......
“Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.” John 1:12-13
Your hatred blinds you from God’s Word.![]()

He did not say he saved himselfIf you look at Dusky reply...he said ..”..I”.........I plays no part in being saved
God does the saving......not...........”I”........

He did not say he saved himself
So you are bearing false witness against him
he said he chose. Just like Abraham chose. Just like Adam chose and daniel
And all people before who chose salvation over condemnation
Choosing salvation in NO way saving yourself
Chose this day....
Repent....
Believe....
Become poor in spirit (literally bankrupt as the tax collector did)
All commands by God if anyone wants to
Enter his kingdom (family)
The tax collector Chose to get in his knees and cry out for gods mercy. He did not save himself By doing that
I thank God He knocks on the door, and for all who open the door, He will come in and dine with them. Revelation 3:20Yes the speaks the nature of our salvation ... we receive. Amen

Yes, free willers have people in hell paying a debt for sin that Christ already paid for once, and offered it to the Father, and was accepted by the Father as payment in full for each of those sins.
Humans don't make this offering "valid" by choosing or accepting. We are not in the stead of the Father, He accepted it, and all the sins that were intended to be paid for were, and they are the sins of His people; Matthew 1:21.
If a person paid your utility bills, but the utility company didn't let you know it had been paid, and demanded you pay it, that is dishonest and crooked yet that is the position many have God in in their unfamiliarity of the atonement and propitiation, yes, even the Gospel itself.
He knows what Christ did paid their debt, and sends them to hell anyway? That scenario is a disgrace and blasphemous to the finished work of Christ on the cross, His death, burial, and resurrection.
Some people need to spend some time in the word and get some sound doctrine; 2 Timothy 4:1ff.
I thank God He knocks on the door, and for all who open the door, He will come in and dine with them. Revelation 3:20
But I digress, calvinism dictates we are forced to open the door or forced to not open it.
No he us Not right
You are being decieved. Any man with any humility would have asked. Why did you say here you did not chose god but there say you did. Did you make a mistake? Or did I misunderstand you
And arrogant proud Person sees the words. Refuses to get clarification. And attacks
but hey. If he is who you want to follow. Good luck. I will just pray you do not become like him. Which is what I am trying to help you with
Once again choosing God and choosing his gift are two different things
I can chose a persons gift and never chose them. I chose what they offered without even knowing who they are
I can not know who god really is UNTIL i
Am saved. This I have no capacity to chose god
But if you want to misinterpret my meaning and boast in it. Well that’s on you

You have an issue with her being my friend? That's sowing discord and division. I consider her my friend and sister, and she is correct in what she said.
What is this "fighting" nonsense you bring up?
