You think the passage is about not having any choice in being born again... wow, I thought I knew quite a bit about Calvinism, but I am completely taken a back by this interpretation.
I will leave you to it... I need to go and praise God that a non Calvinist shared the Gospel with me and with a good thorough teaching on the correct understanding of this passage.
It would not be a good use of my time to try to persuade you otherwise.
