Maybe she wanted clarity to his question before she answered it. Maybe he should reword his question. This whole conversation isn't progressing, folks are to busy being rude. He came directly to me being rude and nasty on his FIRST post to me. If you want to tell someone how to converse, start with him. But you won't because you have like minds.

It is enough that you do not endorse and distance yourself from those who are doing/saying/promoting wrong. But don't feel any shame for being white. And if any black person makes you feel otherwise, then just remind them that not all whites are racist. And if they have issues with you just because of your complexion. That's their problem, not yours.

My statement above actually has nothing to do with this thread. It was a management technique I was taught in how to manage those under me. After getting a read on the employees attitude I was to either go easy and redirect their energies gently or friendly to what I wanted them to do. If they were rebellious, not wanting to follow orders, then I'd go with why questions to break that rebellion. Either way it was my job to ensure that company policies were followed. The easy way or the hard way with why questions first, write ups second, suspension from work third and if necessary termination.

B.Wallace spoke out against something they loved,they had no choice but to ban it or else become a center focus in the protest so they did. Then they told him there was a noose in his garage, vowed to remove racism,walked with him,hugged him, then let him get interviewed and talk about the noose. Then they investigated the noose.determined it was a door pull from before this all began and B.Wallace looks like he was blowing things way out of proportion and blaming innocent white people. It's a lesson in big business,you don't attack them without getting punished.

This entire episode has turned into a believe what you will. I think too much was made of it to begin with. Frankly, if an actual investigation was to take place, it should be done on the down low and asking questions, not screaming at the top of your lungs and crying all over the place and 'oh my lawzy my life is done'. And then all the troops pushing his car around and treating him like a mascot.
What a waste. Where is the outrage about the 3 year old killed by black violence and all the rest of the black on black rampage that occured over Fathers' Day weekend in Chicago?
I'm not addressing all that to you personally, but what I am outraged at and find heartbreaking are the innocents who get in the way of someone elses bullet. They have more problems in their communites than they can address and it appears they do not have a clue about what to do. BLM is not the peaceful organization so many think it is. Check out their website.

In the photo's they are saying are from Talladega (click on the photo's to enlarge) all four are suppose to be from the same garage but if you notice the garage floor is blue in some of the photo's but grey in the others. The post that divides garage 4&5 is red white and blue in one and about 8 to 10 inches wide. In the other it is a different dividing post/wall between garage 4&5 and made out of channel drain sheet metal steel siding(not the same at all).
If you look at the number of knots on the noose/loop pull handle in the link where car 43 is there are approx 3 to 4 wraps on the rope(wraps around the rope) but in this photo released by NASCAR there are 7 or 8 wraps forming a noose https://www.thedenverchannel.com/ne...noose-found-in-bubba-wallaces-garage-was-real and it does have the steel wall but the photo is from the inside of the garage bay. So it seems that the photos were all staged and so it's up to us to see it or not. We could look at it one way or the other but it is like standing on the back of a train talking to a friend and pointing at something and one of your favorite rings goes flying off your finger. You might think that you may never see that ring again but have hope because years later someone might find it and give it back. You might not make sense of this if not a race fan but not only am I a fan but I routed for Petty Racing(RPM now) last week,last year and next week because it's always been my favorite team so I'm guilty of being bias I admit .
I apologize for my delay I live outside Houston a bit but grew up between Galveston and Houston on the coast and things are a bit crazy at the moment because of corona virus and I expect that they will have no choice but to shut back down again in the next few days so cash,can goods ect. were today's task. I have many family members living in the Houston area and so the phone has been ringing off the wall(out of wife's purse actually) while we all prepare for the things about to take place. This is real if in doubt,it is surrounding us from every side. Fever it seems is the key thing to look for because allergies don't cause fever in primary systems unless it progresses to a secondary type infection. A headache,fatigue and fever then everyone needs to be tested.
I apologize again for my delay and rambling on but I am not sure what the next few days may bring and so I may be occupied with their events. I suppose I may or may not be able to respond as things progress so please think no ill if I do not answer. One day all will be just and equal and we will dance together and look into our hands and see them full and no longer beg for them to be filled as if they were not.

No worries about a delay. I hope we all have a life outside of this forum LOL! Thanks for your thoughtful response.
I sure hope you all do not get shut down again! We are in the country and have not really been affected at all even though my husband goes into the city to work. But FL has not been on the lockdown much of the country has been in and the main concentration of the flu here seems to be in S FL.
Anyway, take care of yourselves and never worry about late answers or even none at all. This isn't a job after all
