When Paul says that "all Israel shall be saved" (Romans 11:26) that needs to be understood in the light of Bible prophecy pertaining to the Abrahamic Covenant and the redemption and restoration of the kingdom of Israel under Christ and AFTER His Second Coming.

Since we know that only believing Israel is saved, and is called "the good olive tree" then "all Israel" means "all believing Israel". But it goes beyond that. It also means all the twelve tribes of Israel in the future.

After the Second Coming of Christ, only one-third of that vast number of Jews brought by God to the land of Israel will actually believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved: And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God. (Zech 13:8,9)

Now this group of believing Jews will also belong to ALL TWELVE TRIBES and will be settled in the land of greater Israel (from the Nile to the Euphrates). And that is what "all Israel" means. The book of Ezekiel shows us that God will gather all the Jews from around the world and bring them to the land of Israel after the Second Coming of Christ.

EZEKIEL 48: THE TWELVE TRIBES IN THE FUTURE LAND OF ISRAEL
1 Now these are the names of the tribes. From the north end to the coast of the way of Hethlon, as one goeth to Hamath, Hazarenan, the border of Damascus northward, to the coast of Hamath; for these are his sides east and west; a portion for Dan.
2 And by the border of Dan, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Asher.
3 And by the border of Asher, from the east side even unto the west side, a portion for Naphtali.
4 And by the border of Naphtali, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Manasseh.
5 And by the border of Manasseh, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Ephraim.
6 And by the border of Ephraim, from the east side even unto the west side, a portion for Reuben.
7And by the border of Reuben, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Judah...
23 As for the rest of the tribes, from the east side unto the west side, Benjamin shall have a portion.
24 And by the border of Benjamin, from the east side unto the west side, Simeon shall have a portion.
25 And by the border of Simeon, from the east side unto the west side, Issachar a portion.
26 And by the border of Issachar, from the east side unto the west side, Zebulun a portion.
27 And by the border of Zebulun, from the east side unto the west side, Gad a portion...
The Church represents the twelve tribes seen in Ezekiel 48:1-27

James clearly shows who the twelve tribes are below, "The Church" the Israel Of God.

James 1:1KJV
1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.

Is that so? So where does Adam fit in your minuscule salvific framework? Or Noah? Or Job? Or Elijah? Or John the Baptist? Or the 144,000 of Revelation? Or the tribulation saints? Or all of the Israelites in the millennium? Or King David who will be resurrected as a prince in the millennium? Or all of the gentiles born in the millennium?

Sounds to me like you've got a one track mind. KJV1611 says about the same thing actually. That the present day Church is the be-all and end-all.
King David, a resurrected prince to rule again on earth?

What chapter in "Aesop's Fables" is that in :)

Ignorance breeds heresies. And saying that the Church "represents" the 12 tribes is one of the most severe.

Don't you know that James is one of the letters written particularly to the Jewish diaspora? As are several others including Hebrews?

Your appalling ignorance is once again on display I see.

  • Ezekiel 34:20-24 My servant David. He shall feed them and be their shepherd.
  • Ezekiel 37:25-28 My servant David shall be their prince forever.
  • Jeremiah 30:8-10 But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up for them.
That will be two strikes for you. One more and you will be on ignore.

Ezekiel chapters 30-37 is fulfilled prophecy already "Next"!

It's amazing how many are blinded by dispensationalism's and their false "Two People" of God, Dual Covenant Theology in Zionism.

The phrase "the Israel of God" (Gal6:16) refers to "those of Israel WHO BELIEVED" [or those of Israel WHO WILL BELIEVE].

It is not equivalent to the phrase "the Church which is His body".

IOW, it is not speaking of Gentiles who came/come to faith/believed/believe. It is speaking specifically of "those of Israel WHO BELIEVED/BELIEVE."

I take it you have not been to modern Israel except maybe on a guided "holy land" tour.
I have been to Israel but not recently. I went there in 1993 with my wife. our trip was not a Holy Land Tour but we did see many of
the places mentioned both in the Old and New Testaments as well as other historic sites including Accra, Sephoris and Massada

What was your impression? Jerusalem was not the same city Jesus walked which I only learned later. Not a street we walked did he walk.

I guess you have no ability to comprehend what you read whatsoever. Those verses are telling you that the Jews were NEVER God's chosen people. Get it? Not all of Israel (Blood Jews) is of Israel (God's Elect - Spiritual Jews).

I can tell you have no clue what you're talking about when you bring up replacement theology. Nobody has ever replaced anybody. God's elect are the same today as they were in Abraham's day. Here you are again on the wrong side of God and supporting the enemies of the gospel, the people that God never chose, the same people that hate God and killed Jesus. And you practically worship them. You're border line insane in my opinion.
Christians who unconditionally support the state of Israel do so because they believe they will be cursed by God if they dont. If you add
the US Governments interest in keeping the very influential Jewish voters and fundamentalist Christians on side you have a very toxic mixture to deal with. The most ridiculous option for solving the Jewish/Arab conflict to date is digging a tunnel from the west bank
to Gaza. The real solution is for Israel to leave the occupied territories return to the pre 1967 border and make Jerusalem an
international city. This solution would in my opinion greatly diminish terrorist threats both in Israel and internationally. Lastly
Arab people are human beings that for the most part want a peacful secure life as we all do.

That is totally FALSE. And your idea is refuted in Revelation 7. Furthermore, the land of Israel was never promised to the Church, since the New Jerusalem is the eternal home of the Church.

REDEEMED ISRAEL: A MICROCOSM IN THE 144,000 FROM THE 12 TRIBES
4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there weresealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
5 Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.
6 Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses weresealed twelve thousand.
7 Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand.
8 Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin weresealed twelve thousand.

THE CHURCH: FROM ALL NATIONS, KINDREDS, PEOPLE, AND TONGUES
9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

This one chapter effectively refutes Replacement Theology. But the entire book of Ezekiel refutes it also. And there are numerous other passages throughout Scripture.

The Jerusalem Jesus knew was flattened and ploughed over by the Romans. A pagan city replaced it. Much of what we see now was built in the fourth century by order of Constantine and his Mother. Jerusalem today is a sort of Holy Disney land where you can visit places
like the ''upper room''. There are places outside Jerusalem that are more authentic. We visited Capernaum where the remains of first
century houses and the foundations of the Synagogue mentioned in the gospels have been unearthed. On the wall of one of the houses the Christian sign of the fish was discovered. Its speculated that Peter may have lived there. A Catholic church has been built on a platform above them. We also went to Caesarea and Jericho.

The Holy Disneyland comparison is great!! I’m going to remember that one!! It is also a very accurate description.

I actually do not have any interest in discussing labels. I find that prevent real discussion rather than foster it.
Amillennialism = no scripture to support any millennial theory. Jesus taught Amileenialism when he proved the Pharisee's millennial kingdom was false.

You fail to comprehend that Gods sovereign choice has been universal in scope from before time began. Only a remnant of ethnic national Israel was being chosen during the Old Covenant for pity's sake. Only a residual number of gentiles are ever going to convert to Christianity as well, those chosen before the foundation of the world. And only a remnant of ethnic national Israel are going to be chosen to be saved during the GT.

Every serious Bible student understands these facts and concepts. You however do not.
You're making progress! Yes, only SOME of the ethnic Jews were chosen.... that means that the Jews as a whole ARE NOT God's chosen people. Those that aren't chosen are called the enemies of the gospel, those that are chosen are called God's elect.

You Jew worshipers are killing me. You guys always twist scripture to fit your dispensational heresy. Seriously do you guys fear God at all! Do you think it's "OK" with God that you totally ignore the words of God and CHANGE them to your words.

Look at what you did. "All Israel" doesn't really mean "All Israel", what it REALLY MEANS is (TWIST) "all believing Israel". Why does it mean that? Because it fits your theology. How do you call that TRUE RELIGION.

I don't know why I waste my time discussing a book of truth with people who reject the truth." All Israel" means All of Israel, saved Jews (Spiritual Israel) and saved Gentiles (Spiritual Israel).... ALL Israel shall be saved, just like the verse you twisted said![/QUOTE]
