Foreknew = predestinated.
Yes, God must first know you before He predestinates you to be conformed to the image of His Son. Question then, when does God know you? I’m glad you asked.

Galatians 4
6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
8 Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods.
9 But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?

These Galatians are NOW known of God as sons. How does one become a son?

John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Once you believe on the name of Jesus, you are now known of God. Now that God knows you, He then predestinates you to be conformed to the image of His Son. God doesn’t predestinate anyone before knowing them first.

Was God ever ignorant?

What kind of wording is this? God does not know you as a son until you believe on His Son. That’s Bible. I’ve clearly shown this in Scripture. Can you not see this? Or would you rather believe man made doctrines?

This does not hold up. Saying God is ignorant = saying he is not omniscient. = Not God.

I’d rather discuss what Scripture actually says. What does the Galatians passage say? Verse 9?

Btw, Scripture will always hold up against man made doctrines. Always.

How did he write the names of the saved in the book of life before creation if he was ignorant?

“As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.” Galatians 1:9 (KJV 1900)

This one?

That’s not what Scripture states. That’s your private interpretation of what Scripture states.

“From the foundation of the world” not at the foundation of the world. From, meaning this is the starting place. From the foundation of the world up until now, names are being written in the book.

Now, after that ye are known of God. There’s a point in time when God knows you. As I showed before, it’s when you believe on the name of Jesus. God knows you from that point forward.

So God is ignorant? Doesn't have perfect knowledge? How can any have faith in this sort of idol?

Perilous times speaks of difficult dangerous times (and deception), which Christians are now living in just before the Rapture of the Church. The world economy is now collapsing due to the noisy pestilence world wide. The scriptures teaches us that there will be more tares than wheat in the Endtimes Church (Matthew 13:33, Revelation 3:14-22). It says that those who call themselves Christians will have a form of Godiness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

My question is? What does it mean to have a form of Godliness (those who call themselves Christians), but denying the power thereof?
Forgetting who washed them...that is, if indeed they ever really were washed...

! john 2 is a reminder of what we are to treasure and keep hold of...that is, what we began in...this is what we hold to and keep ever before us...

Those who are TRULY HIS, know what they began in...

Again, God has perfect knowledge. He knows everything going on. Once you believe on His Son, He has knowledge of it.

He says it was before the foundation of the world. IF you are one of the elect.
Scripture please...I post scripture, you come back with opinions.
