Psalm 73 addresses this. Probably some other good Bible passages too. The interesting philosophical converse would be, should God withhold the gift of life from people just because he knows they will misuse it?

Anybody who advertises for people who want to change his mind is somebody itching... nay, positively ACHING for an argument. Such people I sedulously avoid.
