I do not know of anyone teaching if you do not speak in tongues it means you are not saved. if someone told you that, i implore you to hold that against the individual, not against that person's Church body as a whole.

I feel that you are Saved, Brother. I know many who have Gifts that I do not but it does not mean I am lesser in the eyes of God. And I have gifts they do not have and that does not make me better in God's viewpoint. You are saved. Stop worrying about it.

Yes sadly this forum is not one of peace in fact I used to call it the war zone or the field of blood lol
We who call ourselves Christians are to be love to show love to be an example of who God is but if we show anything but then what good is that? The thing is like politics there are many different denominations with different doctrines and within those denominations and doctrines are many different views beliefs and understanding and such diversity comes to no surprise as to why people are at each others throats. However this is no excuse for those who call themselves Christian we are in the world but are not to be of the world. Anyone can go into debates and get heated name call attack and show anything but the heart of God but the world already mocks believers and calls us hypocrites because of this very issue.

Don't get me wrong I love to debate and if done correctly it can be a very educational and enjoyable thing but only if done correctly. If one cannot debate in calm mature and Christlike manner then they should not be debating at all, if things begin to get to heated or if people simply refuse to listen to reason there is wisdom in knowing when to shake the dust off your feet and walk away. If we find ourselves becoming to frustrated or agitated then it is best to separate ourselves from that discussion even if only until we can calm down because if we respond with those feelings then we are not showing the fruits of the spirit.

Even if we disagree completely with the doctrine or den9omination view or beliefs of another attacking or name calling or just being childish in general is only evidence that we should learn to be more Christ like before we go into debates because this is far to common among believers. We all see it and know it all over the bible discussion forum but it is up to each individual to actually do something about it. Know of course that being heavily attacked by others comes with the territory but with each time we respond in love you never whose heart will be impacted after all new people visit this site all the time and words have power both for good and bad

I think verse 14 is different in so much its not a sign and wonder or a sign that causes wonderment. Just normal every day time keepers . In the new heaven and earth there will be no under the the Sun . Like the first three days . No night in the new.

Yep, so it is possible that Exodus 4 might just be the first time the term "signs" appear in scripture. And the context there is about verifying that you are indeed sent by God.

I agree with you when you say that it is demonic and that these people are in need deliverance in this area from a religious spirit. I left four years or so from the chat rooms after being contantly getting harrased by Grekkk who definetaly needs to be set free from this and others in there, because I shared my testimonies about healings I had experienced together with Spiritual Plague who was in the room back then when for example Gord got healed of his nine year long back ache. He got banned for having two different names while Grekkk has used different names in the past himself but, heey, he must have special priveledges with the owner of this site. I decided to have a look again just this week and straight away was called a nutjob when he saw me. When I pulled him up on that and said that the Bible tells us that one is in danger of hell fire for calling his brother that, he as always with his taunting, self righteous, cynicism took the ultra literal Greek opproach to scripture like any natural man would do, and told me I was a liar because it the word nutjob wasn't in his Bible. The environment is gets often so unbelievable worldly because of people like him that one can hardly call it Christian anymore as it goes against everything Christ taught. Gossiping and back biting is the name of the game and people are just accepting demons behavior like that. It's unbelievable how deep things have fallen to and that there is hasn't been been any correction for it. That tells us a lot. The only ones that get thrown out, banned or being corrected are the ones who don't fit within the Cessationist Calvinistic corner of Christianity. Very sad indeed. Just wondering why Pentecostal Churches have Sermons and "NEVER" try to destroy other Denominations, but the other Denominations make it a purpose to DESTROY Pentecostal? Our bible school teacher told us not to discuss about eschatologic questions. I believe pretrib, but I dont see in it the one and only truth. And also I dont say to someone if you dont believe it you are not a real Christian. Which is my expieriences with pentecostals and charismatics which I met during my life as child of God., because I dont speak in tongues. And this challenged me to proof what the bible says, about this teachings.

And then there are people here who say you aren't a Christian if you speak in tongues and you are in fact demon possessed. So don't lean on what you've experienced with a couple people you've met.
