Those who drink alcohol (Jeremiah 51:7; Revelation 18:3), have yet another drink they will drink, yea, even all of it, to the dregs (Revelation 14:10, 16:9, 18:6-8):
Jer_51:7 Babylon hath been a golden cup in the LORD'S hand, that made all the earth drunken: the nations have drunken of her wine; therefore the nations are mad.
Rev 18:3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
Rev_14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
Rev_16:19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

Yes, there is only one way of escape (Isaiah 51:17,22), and those who refuse to take it, shall drink it all down, for strong is the LORD God which judges them (Psalms 75:8):
Jer_25:28 And it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup at thine hand to drink, then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Ye shall certainly drink.
Those who teach that alcohol consumption, in any amount, is not sin, not destructive to the body temple, not corruption, and even to teach that the 'wine' (fruit of the vine, pure blood of the grape) of the Lord's supper is alcoholic, bring upon themselves desolation and destruction, for how can they which drink of alcohol which brings forgetting, ever truly remember (as alcohol dulls the mind, and erases the way of God from the heart) what is most needful (as it will even corrupt their doctrine, and practices):
1Co_11:25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.
1Co 11:29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.
Pro 31:3 Give not thy strength unto women, nor thy ways to that which destroyeth kings.
Pro 31:4 It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink:
Pro 31:5 Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted.
