By the way, folks..did you know that SDAs call their health rules the "health gospel" or something along that line?
They are almost as fervent about health rules as they are about the Sabbath.
Ideally you should be a vegetarian because if you eat meat, the urges of the animal that you eat become yours and that leads to masturbation and nymphomania.
Same thing with eating spices.
Same thing with eating hot cereal.
Even ketchup is discouraged because it has spices.
Caffeine is the same.
And you should't eat vegetables at the same time as you eat fruit.
They are so flaky when you get down to those things. They remind me totally of Colossians 2.
Yet, it's fine to kill your offspring up to the point that they exit the birth canal. Well, if they are the product of rape, incest, or have a congenital deformity like Down's Syndrome.
And, their health care facilities don't care if the child was a product of rape, incest, or has a congenital deformity. Any abortion that is legal from man's perspective, they will take care of your little "problem".

The work load was increased when Cain sinned as in out of sight out of mind (no faith) plowed his brother under the corn.
God had grace as a work of His faith working in Abel the first martyr. His blood cries out like other believers for the final rest. A new incorruptible body.
A long as following the commandment to mix faith the work of his unseen God who lived in him he could enter that rest confirming the gospel. Cain had no sabbath rest no future hope.
Abel rested in the sabbath below. Again by mixing faith that seen with that not seen. The phrase mixing faith must be defined, the rest in anytime called today .Not to be confused with the ceremony as a shadow of Hebrew 4 .God making our hearts soft.

I recommend Reformed Baptist or Orthodox Presbyterian Church (if you like dunking babies; I only dunk donuts).
By the way, I don't claim that members of other organizations are unsaved. I don't think perfect clarity is needed for salvation on every topic.
Why are you so offended by the reference to SDAs? Are you SDA? Do you resent it because I have pointed out some of the hypocrisies of Sabbath observers?
I was one of the Sabbathkeeping lot, so I have examined them closely. I want others to be aware of the shallow nature of these organizations.
And, by the way, if you are part of the SDA organization, you know they teach that they are the "true church" and others are "other sheep" that may be saved, but they are definitely involved in spiritual Babylon.
In fact, some of them believe that we are the evil Sunday observers who will hunt them down in the last days, and kill them for their refusal to observe Sunday.
It's hilarious really
Here's another one..some SDAs are training their kids that Sunday observers are going to hunt them down once the Sunday law is enacted.
So, these youth camp guys are taking the SDA children through dramatizations where they are chased down by camp staff, and subjected to harrassment in order to get them to renounce the Sabbath.
This is really going on. Talk about a breeding ground for developing a paranoid group of kids who are fearful of evil Sunday observers
It may be exceptional that youth camps would submit kids to this type of treatment, but it shows that the SDA theology is unhinged. They actually believe Sunday observers are evil and will participate with Satan in harrassing the "true believers" who are the ones who "keep the commandments of God" including the Sabbath.
Of course, I agree the true believers keep the commandments of God, but not the commandments of God for ancient Israel. They keep the commandments of God applicable to THEM, and the Sabbath is a commandment to Israel, just like circumcision.

But, if the Christian defends his theology, and addresses the cultist in strong terms, the cultist will scream that he is being persecuted, and throw himself a pity party.

The SDA thing can be traced back to the misuse of word sabbath. Those translators translated it from the Greek have it all wrong according to my understanding. They simply changed the meaning of the word "sabbath" a word with no other meaning, meaning rest . Made it into a "time senititive" word in the new testament .
Like below. Changing the word sabbath rest to the word week
The person in the parable was simply boasting. He did not eat the three allowed meals and on the sabbath day same tithed it identified the unjust man
Luke 18:12 I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.
Some of the translations use the word week rather rest/sabbath. 9 times in the King James. The word week was not I even used when the new testament was inspired . Not sure when they made it a official word?
What is your fascination about SDA? Are you a former disgruntled member of that denomination? If not, what denomination do you belong to and is it perfect in everyway in doctrine and practice? I read somewhere in the bible that our body is supposed to be a temple to the Lord. I guess that SDA takes this seriously and for that they are ridiculed. What other denominations do you pass judgement on because they don't meet your standards?
You seem to have a serious spiritual problem with passing judgement on others that you may not agree with. Seriously, at least get the plank out of your own eye first. Unreal.

Colossians 2:16-17 calls both feasts and sabbaths shadows, and commands us not to let anyone think to judge us over observance of them. Christ is the substance, and to his own Master a servant stands or falls - He is able to make him stand, whether he regards a day or does not regard a day - he regards a day unto the Lord, and he does not regard a day, also unto the Lord.
if you think the sabbath of a feast has no relation to the rest of the 7th of creation i wonder why you think God gave them? are not both things testifying of the Son? and He is One.

Somehow, the Jews of Josiah's day no longer had an understanding of the WRITTEN LAW, until a copy was found in the Temple. I don't believe there was an oral tradition alongside the written word..and if there was, it wouldn't mean much to me.
Scripture warns against paying attention to Jewish fables. I don't consider works such as Josephus' to be reliable, either. He was known to exaggerate, and I'm pretty sure other Jewish sources did the same thing.

So again I ask you what denomination are you associated with? Did you by chance vote for Donald Trump or did you take the high road and vote for someone closer to being a real Christian with Christian values?
