Yes. Do you believe this has already occurred? One has to spiritualize much of what has been said.
I think it has. But my point is that the verses start out with IMMEDIATELY after the tribulation, those things happen. In your timeline (if I'm not mistaken) you have a thousand years between the tribulation and the second coming.

Amen, the first thing I did was throw out everything I was taught... as best I could.
Matthew 24:6-8
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

The problem is what time frame to put this in. Although many want to put its fulfillment around 70 A.D. there are problems:

1. Nation didn't rise against nation, Rome was in control.

2. Nor were there any pestilence and earthquakes, however there has been a slow buildup of these things the past couple of centuries.

3. None of the apostles here addressed were delivered up and hated of all nations after 70 A.D. because none of them were alive except John.

Mat 23:36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.

Something that catches my heart is folks not understanding Jesus knew/knows the difference between the words this and that .

No, Christ comes after the tribulation to reign for a thousand years. His earthly kingdom is 1,000 years.

I believe that Lk 21 provides a few different "timing / chronology" clues, however.

For example, v.32's "ALL" ("till ALL be fulfilled") must include what v.24 had just stated.

(and part of v.24, aside from "and they shall be led away captive into all the nations," the "Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, UNTIL" part, is parallel with Rev11:2's wording which provides further timing and chronology details [which happens to then AGREE with the Lk21:12's SEQUENCE issues, which is telling us (essentially) that "the 70ad events" must PRECEDE the BoBPs of vv.8-11 ])

Luk 13:35 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

Jesus cursed Israel and left them desolate, why wouldn't that be exactly who Daniel 9 is talking about?
Amen, Its what Jesus confirmed and then as a living parable walked out as a sign against them the abomination of desolation and moved to a mountain to represent the kingdom of God not seen when the kingdoms of this world they will become his in the new heavens and earth on the last day

Mathew 23 and 24 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

This is a separate teaching than the end times though.

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand)

16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:

18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.

19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:

21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Jesus spake of the evils of that generation, then said you can see these things even now....but the end is NOT yet....

He is speaking of a world altering event no?

Literal earth quakes and storms and the gospel being ALL over the world.....

I just can't say with a clean heart I believe He was talking about 70ad

You guys believe there will NEVER EVER be a tribulation like what happened 2000 years ago?

I take the bible literally, if a verse says the stars fall from the sky, I take it to mean exactly that, stars, not meteorites. The only question that remains is, are those stars the literal stars in the sky, or are they what the literal stars in the sky represent.

As far as the sun and moon going dark. Jesus is the Sun of Righteousness, did his light go out for the Jews? Yes it did.

(Mal 4:2) But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

Israel is symbolized as the moon, do we get light from the Jews who are blinded to the truth from God? No we don't.

If we take the bible for exactly what it says, it pretty much tells us what part is figurative and what is literal. Life would not exist is literal stars fell to the earth.... hence literal stars aren't going to fall to the earth.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it lol.

There certainly was before and after worse times of tribulation. One reason why not to place this in 70 ad.

So you're saying that Christ comes once at the end of the tribulation and rules for a thousand years, then after the thousand years, he comes again at the second coming?

I believe "the desolate" and "the one who makes desolate" (in verse 27) are both in the singular... for what it's worth. :) Take from that what you will.
So a desolator comes in and desolates a group of people, yet the desolator is the desolate rather than the ones he desolated?

Has this happened?

30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
