can you defend the doctrine from Scripture?

1. The word "trinity" doesn't appear in the Bible.
2. God forbade adding and removing from his Word.

Therefore, we are instructed (by Jesus and the NT writers) to say exactly as it is written.
If one thinks that he/she can defend the doctrine of the "Trinity God", he/she should be aware of the consequences of "defending" of non-biblical words/statements.

Man is made in the image of the Father

The Father spoke all of everything into existence by his Word

The Father breathed into the man's nostrils and he became a living spirit.

-------Literally first two pages of the Bible paraphrase

You being in the image of God speak your word by your breath (spirit). Are you, your word, and your breath/spirit three different people or one person?

You are the proof of the triune God.

I described how the concept is in the Bible.

If you are consistent, you won't use the word Bible either, because it's not in the Bible...or "canon of Scripture" or "rapture".

It is not wrong to use words which define concepts that are, indeed, biblical.

No one is adding to Scripture when they use such words. They aren't going into the text of Scripture and inserting anything.

Apparently discernment is lost on some ppl.

The bible says God is one. = one being with three persons. All occupying the same space at the same time. If you think materialistically you won't be able to understand.

Did you know the Gadarene demoniac had 6,000 persons in the same space at the same time?
Nope.
Jesus was on earth at his advent.
He prayed to the Father in heaven

The Holy Spirit in a "different space" descended to Jesus at baptism "came to Jesus's space"

I described how the concept is in the Bible.[QUOT]

So you assume that it is a concept yet neither the prophets nor Jesus nor the NT writers seem to have been aware of such concept.
Further, they clearly stated many times in fool-proof texts that the Father is the only true God.

[QUOT]If you are consistent, you won't use the word Bible either, because it's not in the Bible...or "canon of Scripture" or "rapture".[QUOT]

You are referring to our descriptions pertaining to non-essential matters. Yet God forbade additions or removal from His Word. The term "Trinity God" pertains to one of the most important matters of God's Word, namely the nature of God.

So your collaboration misses the point by large.

[QUOT]It is not wrong to use words which define concepts that are, indeed, biblical.[QUOT]

The "Trinity God" is not a biblical concept. It is an attempt of pagan powers to impose pagan three gods to Christianity. They succeeded.

[QUOT]No one is adding to Scripture when they use such words. They aren't going into the text of Scripture and inserting anything.

Yes, they just contradict what God said.

Unfortunately, they propagate a non-scriptural theology as if it was scriptural.

Jesus Christ is the name of the Father, Son, And Holy Spirit who is one being with three persons. He took on human flesh and soul through the virgin Mary. But when he spoke, he spoke through the second person of the trinity, the eternal Son.
No.
Not correct at all

“For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” Colossians 2:9 (KJV 1900)
Your adding verses up into a f o rmula to reach a preconcieved goal.

You have an arrived at point already established and have found a way to make every door (verse) an entry into your preconcieved room.

You are arguing with Paul (and God), not me.

Your reply is formulative. Mental.

The bible is a spiritual book.
Your mind cannot COMPREHEND the dynamics of the trinity.
It is out of our minds.

Are you antitrinitarian?

Are you antitrinitarian?
No.

But there are two dynamics in a discussion of the trinity.

1) the part man can comprehend

2) the part that is taken by faith.

Nobody UNDERSTANDS the trinity fully.
That in particular is where statements like "he is one being with 3 manifestations "
Grates on anyone with a bible

Or "Jesus is begotten therefore there was a time he did not exist"
More false mental dynamics

Which trinitarian creed do you agree with?
