You see the @PS talks about laying down his life daily for Christ, it is not about faith in Christ to save but about his own working for salvation.
Amen, Dcon! I completely agree that too much emphasis has been placed on what men "do for God", and not enough on what He has done for us. It is He who sacrificed. It is we who profit.
Luke 17

Amen! That's how we come to Him, and that by His own choice. As Jesus said to Paul, "I am sending you to them to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive freedom[Gr.] from sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in Me." Acts 26:18
As Ern Baxter said, "Real faith is hearing under God, being submissive under God and obeying God." Jesus brings us out of "Egypt" and from under "Pharoah". He brings us through the water, gives us the "cloud" and we come under Him. Our bodies are living sacrifices through the Good News of the Kingdom of God. Salvation is a change of government. The true Gospel is the power of God and it changes people radically. They were walking one way - now they walk in a new Way. Jesus walked in that Way, and abiding in Him, we must walk as He did (which is not humanly possible.)
Satan has been allowed to hide much of this through religion. Many give mental ascent to a couple of claims of Jesus, but there is never repentance. Vast hoards of Christians never become new creations. Because Jesus is not Head, the church is almost infinitely fragmented. If we were one, the world would believe that the Father sent the Son. Because we are not, but most walk after their own way today, according to their souls, the world is degenerating.
Sin is my way as opposed to His Way. In fact, whatever does not come from faith is sin, as it is written. Are you a new creation and are you being led today by the Holy Spirit? The addicts need to hear. The rebellious and the tormented need to hear. All without peace need to find the Prince of Peace. Humans need to humble themselves under His mighty hand. He gives grace to the humble.

4 For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into licentiousness and deny the only Lord [b]God and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Amen! Jude is exhorting believers to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints (vs. 3) because certain ungodly men have crept in unnoticed. Jude further describes these ungodly men as ones who cause divisions, worldly-minded, devoid of the Spirit (vs. 19) In CONTRAST to those who are called, sanctified by God the Father, and PRESERVED in Jesus Christ (vs. 1). Psalm 37:28 - For the Lord loves justice, And does not forsake His saints; They are PRESERVED FOREVER, But the descendants of the wicked shall be cut off.

We may disagree to application or meaning, but the post in question. Was simply scripture that makes an assertion. And while we have some room to debate application and meaning of some passages of scripture, we do not have the luxury of disagreeing with the emphatic assertions made by scripture.

A bat may have infected the snake. Again poor sanitation at the market a problem where wild live animals were sold.
If you know anyone who has been to China, and I know several, they will tell you outside of the tourist areas it is not clean.

The difficulty in China is after the revolution and so much death an entire generation of children raised themselves and therefore they did not have basic skills in so many areas of life.
I am sure they were plagued with disease during biblical times as well. The Roman baths were quite infested I am sure.
let me go through my archives and find the state of australia report... oh i cant find it i have to just go off the hip:
- too hot (just saw article here and here saying australia capital might become unliveable because of heatwave)
- too many venomous animals (really. take a look, everything is venomous.)
- too many fires
- too much water scarcity
- not enough lakes (i live next to many lakes i love lakes)
- too many poisonous trees, plants, possibly concrete
- apartments are unlivable because of constant bug infestations (venomous bugs btw)
- these said apartments are expensive
- you cant ever go swimming ever ever, look at what happened to that crocodile dundee guy
- dust storms
- too close to japan and fukushima accident
