It "seems", you may be in a place of God's "Irresistible Grace!" Orchestrated by God just for you!

It reminds me of a "story" about a man who fell off a cliff. He finally managed to grab hold of a bush! Then he started crying out to God! "Please help me!" God answered back: "Let go!" "I'll catch you!"

The fact that you don’t want carnal desires and desire God are very positive signs. Only trust Him, He is drawing you. Run to Him. Jesus said “ the one who comes to me, I will never cast out. “
Then when the doubt and confusion comes, pray. Lay it all before the Lord. Pour out your heart to Him.
Have you ever trusted God to forgive you because of the fact that Jesus took the full punishment for your sins? He promises forgiveness and healing for all who look to the crucified and risen Jesus
And don’t worry about things you don’t understand. All of us have things we don’t understand. Faith is trusting, even when we don’t understand everything. Faith first, understanding follows in time.
If you trust Him, He will not fail you. If you struggle to trust, tell Him so, and He will help you with that too

Consider going for deliverance, as the oppression might be rooted in something from your past. There may have been doors that you opened in the past (that you are aware of or that you are not aware of). A deliverance minister will be able to isolate the roots of this. Do not go for deliverance if you are not willing to give up on sins or these areas that are exposed. Reason being is that it can cause great issues for you to be delivered of demonic entities but then refusing to give up the strongholds that allowed them access in the first place. So its a decision you need to make beforehand. A commitment.
Meds are not the solution as they can cause more issues in the spirit that you don't ideally want. Its not a permanent solution, and could in fact be contributing more to the situation you find yourself in at the moment (a year of opioid use).
I have seen people set free from the above. It doesn't necessarily all get addressed on the very first session. Just a heads up.

Matthew 24
22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

It "appears", OSAS'ers, let's refer to these as "cherry pickers", in this exercise, just love to "pick" the word "justified", and then COMBINE the rest of the verse, where it states "MAY BECOME Heirs, with the HOPE of Eternal life?", into their NEW DEFINITION of the word "justified!"
And, to make matters worser? THEN? Building their "new vocabulary", with adding the words "ETERNAL SECURITY!" As well as other words, and phrases in their "OSAS'ers Revised Dictionary of Delusion!"
You may be asking, or perhaps not, "why, or how can this happen?"

THIS is/are reason/s why OSAS'ers refuse to recognize EVERYONE that is NOT of THIS body!
Because, it is NOT the "Body of Christ!"
You won't/don't find many, IF ANY OSAS'er "posing the question": "Am I one of those whom Jesus will reject in THAT day?"
Why? One will THEN be FORCED in the "acknowledging", and THEN "accepting", the words "Strong Delusion" and "Believing a LIE!"
When THIS "comes to pass!":

It is possible that you are doing far more than you realize. Perhaps when people see you remaining faithful to Jesus and enduring in the face of such crippling circumstances, they see a testimony of God’s Grace in your strength
Sometimes we are very strong when we feel at our weakest point
God’s strength is made perfect in our weaknesses, and when we are weak, then He is strong, and He makes us strong, though we do not know it
You are in a storm, a great storm. But Jesus is in the boat with you. I know it’s hard, but He has you in the palm of His Hand. There in His hand, there is peace in the midst of the storm. Even when we cannot discern it with our senses
Don’t lose hope.

I've been there too! Whats going on? What makes you feel that way? Did something happen? Sorry for being lazy and not reading the whole thread.
Now im not no doctor but I can relate to what you're feeling, sounds like DEPRESSION CITY, population: YOU
I lived in that city all my life, ever since I could remember i was never interested in ANYTHING, other folks was excited about getting their driver's licenses, cars, girlfriends, jobs, university positions WHATEVER, I never got excited for anything in my entire life and everytime I was happy, i was ACTING. Then when I got saved I was the same way for a long time and I kept praying God help me, I tried very briefly antidepressants only ONCE and i immediately stopped when i noticed these things wont fix me they just NUMB the symptoms and could make me go from a DEPRESSED MAN to a DEPRESSED dopehead man, I had seen so many people go through that.
How God gave me the victory over depression was by removing IDLENESS. An idlemind is the devil's workshop. Even if you couldn't walk, if you can TALK, you can influence other people and give them words of encouragement, wisdom, motivation... in other words you got a PURPOSE for existance. God put you here for a REASON, you have a CALLING, and God wants you to roll up your sleeves and WORK HARD in whatever HE is caling you to do!
So my suggestion is, switch your prayer to: GOD lift me up and SHOW ME the path you want me to walk and I will walk on it.
I come from the mean streets so I can relate to the inmates and ex-inmates and all the OGs, that is my call to ministry to WITNESS to those kind of people, to help them program and get rid of alcoholism or substance abuse and motivate them through the triple W method, Worship, Workout, Work. To be there for folks!
Once you find your calling, and you RUN WITH IT, you simply DONT GOT TIME to be depressed, and once the calling is from GOD, it wont feel like a CHORE like doing dishes. But you'll do it out of LOVE for God and you'll do it with JOY. You'll wake up in the morning yelling LETS GOOOOOO, say your prayers while still in bed, crack open a bible, SMASH those burpees, drink some coffee and start the day.
I know it seems like there is NO WAY OUT and its nothing but blackness and depression and sadness and every day is MISERY and my message sounds like some Joel Osteen self-talk NONSENSE but TRUST ME, with God there is always a way out of depression, NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
PS: Proper diet, exercise and getting enough sleep can also help with depression, JUST SAYING THAT in case your depression is mostly related to something like that, I dont know your circumstances so dont tihnk im PREACHING to you, just trying to help out here.
Lord show this woman her calling and release her from the prison of depression and let the joy of the LORD overwhelm her. In Jesus' name I pray. amen!

Amor, you can't honestly expect ANYONE to give an amen to that prayer. We aren't promised an easy life. Nor are we promised a HAPPY life. God isn't going to give you a disease just because you want Him to. He helps those who help themselves, but you seem content to wallow in this pity party pit you're in. We have NO CHOICE but to push on through this life as best we can, and that includes YOU. You are only a "lost cause" if you choose to be one. Stop making the devil happy and do something to pull yourself out of this malarkey that you're spewing..
