Well why didnt you say so...<<< carefully gets out a pot of just the right size, adds water...carefully watches the water so as not to make it to hot... pours it into a kitten cup (made just for Poin). Adds marshmellos on top in the shapes of eyes, a nose and a smiley face. Hands it to her and says "Enjoy" ...

Hey, I was looking for some cheap protien powder this time, that was totally my mistakeOnly folks who are on diets drink that protein shake... just sayin
. I'm going back to the name brand protien stuff that is not the weight loss version. P.S. other one even has less calories, so I feel bad if anyone is using that stuff to loose weight. Maybe by not wanting breakfast because that's what they would be having, but I cant see any other way. Did I mention how utterly (sorry cows, no bad pun on you guys) bad it is!Thank goodness for cherries and honey to add to it laying about here, or it would have been a tough breakfast indeed

I’m waiting on my hubby to jump on that weightless bandwagon again. He did so well last year, and then he met his goal and now he’s gained all that weight back. It’s bad when my uncle calls And says he’s gained weight. I mean I can’t make him eat certain foods and not others.... besides... I’m pregnant and I buy what I want and I snack all day long. That’s what pregnant women are supposed to do. But he does the same And eats what I eat when he shouldn’t.... ugh. Oh well. Eventually he will get back on that weight loss journey and do it all over again.

" if this Keto Protien stuff is suppose to be for people looking to lose weight (that kind of information would have been nice to get Prior to my purchasing it by the way, that's what I get for trying to save a couple of bucks), and she and her hubby are trying to loose weight, does the right thing to do and hands her the almost full container of it....then runs and yells back over his shoulder "No take backs!"

It’s not bad... i tried some but it’s just not meant for everyone. I prefer milkshakes rather than just powered shakes lol. But I’m fruity and I like fruity stuff so there you go
Lol well I think this stuff is older, on top of that, so might be part of reason. My protien shake is more like a protien smoothie. Ice, protien powder, banana , collagen powder and fresh ginger (ginger is great for you and natural energy). I like milk, but dont want any additional calories, so just add water and into the vitamix it all goes! Oh ya!
