Ok. What We have just established is no works necessary to be saved. None whatsoever. No works can maintain our salvation either. That’s God’s part
Would you say that now that you are saved, and you are one of His sheep, and no one can snatch you out of His Hand, you are safe in Christ and have eternal life.
Now read Titus 2:11-14 very thoughtfully and prayerfully.
Do you think we should teach that What this passage teaches as Christ’s intention for us is unnecessary? That He provides it as optional?
Not necessary to save? Agreed. Doesnt maintain salvation. Agreed. That is a done deal. But are we to teach that God’s intention for us as stated in Titus 2:11-14 should be presented as “well, that’s a good thing, but since works don’t save us, it’s not really necessary. It’s entirely optional

Are you changing you view .. do you admit @gb9, @Budman and @dcontroversal and myself are true to the scripture.
The hard technical truth which many cannot accept is if salvation is apart/separate from works then really works whether they are done or not have an entirely different role in the life of the believer.
No works >>>> still saved end of story!!
Why because works are not part of the salvation equation.
