We can see the law is in effect in judgement/in the kingdom:

Revelation 22:14-15, " 14 Blessed [are] they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15 For without [are] dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. .
Commandments of Jesus Christ, not the 613 ordinances given to the Hebrews through Moses.

Matt 13:41-43, “The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all law-breakers, and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.”
Law-breakers are those who break effective laws, not obsolete ones.

Hey Marcelo,

Is this helpful to put details to your point?;

Luk 24:44-45 ASV

(44) And he said unto them, These are my words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must needs be fulfilled, which are written in the law of Moses, and the prophets, and the psalms, concerning me.

(45) Then opened he their mind, that they might understand the scriptures;

Law breakers are all who are not producing these;

Galatians 5:22-23
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Revelation 21:8-9, But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.” 9 Then came one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues and spoke to me, saying, “Come, I will show you the Bride, the wife of the Lamb.
OK, this is applicable to Christians.

Hi, S.Gardner!

Are you helping me prove my point?

all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me (Jesus).

:) Perhaps, I read Yahshua speaking of His charge to "fulfill" as those things written about Himslef.

That is not what is stated. No where in the grammar does it state, "except (of course) if heaven and earth pass away first"
This is not a matter of grammar, it's a matter of logic. The fulfillment of all prophecies will take place before heaven and earth pass away, so what matters to us is WHEN ALL WILL BE FULFILLED.

I have no fear. Not an iota. Those are 3 of the many many things I see. I don't think you understand the love I have for the wisdom and knowledge of God. It isn't all about me being saved. That was my starting point. I am not required to keep the law like those who lived before Christ was sacrificed from my sins. Don't you get it, IT IS THROUGH THAT SACRIFICE I RECEIVE FORGIVENESS for the transgressions of the law. I do not have to be perfection, something I am aware I can never be but that doesn't let me off the hook from trying. Sanctified is an ongoing process.
Matthew 5:43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.

Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

Matthew 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Matthew 5:46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?

Matthew 5:47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?

Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
If you see these three things, the law is fulfilled in you it can do nothing to help you mature or grow in christ

Can it help you to know more about god? Yes

Help you to grow and mature (know how to act?) no. It was not designed for that, if your doing that you are taking it out of context

In respect to what is to be fulfilled in verse 18. That is in regards to the prophets. All has not been fulfilled in which God had given them to share and heaven and earth have not passed away. These are prerequisites which have not happen, so not one jot or tittle shall pass from the law until all is fulfilled. Jesus' words not mine.
But Paul says we are not under the Law? Who do you follow, Jesus or Paul?

What Law or aspect of the Law is Jesus referring? The context of the proceeding verses show it to be the moral Law. The Laws that show us what sin is. For Jesus had fulled the need for the laws pertaining to the sacrificial system and the ceremonial when he died for our sins.
Is this biblical?

For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift. Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison. Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing. Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
(Mat 5:20-29 KJVA)
I agree with you that in His walk on Earth Jesus preached the law of Moses.

If you have Rest in Christ and you DON'T work at the law you are going to get accused of teaching against the law, even though Christianity is NOT against the Law of Moses.

Acts 24:14-16
14 But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:
15 And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust.
16 And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void to offence toward God, and toward men.

Legalists will still accuse. Even though they themselves are hypocrites.
I suppose reading the bible and believing what it says plays an important role as well.

Have you ever tried to be perfect as our Father in Heaven is Perfect? Matt 5:48

Have you tried to do everything that is in Matthew 5? Not have anger in your heart, not lust after a woman, etc...

Once you try and find out you are not able do you just quit? Or do you just keep going not realizing you can't do it? Do you think you CAN do it? No, I don't think you would be able to convince anyone that you can.

So then I suppose you have two choices at this point. Continue in your failed philosophy of following law and ALWAYS failing.

Or coming to Christ to receive Rest.

Coming to Christ is better. It has the added benefits of Salvation, Righteousness, Wisdom, Redemption, Sanctification, Love, Joy, Peace, Faith and many other good things that I don't even understand yet. Resting in Christ also gives us the extra benefit of actually Keeping the Law in a way that we never could by our own work and our own understanding.

There is NO REASON to turn away from all this that we have in Christ to go back to our work and understanding of the law. Because our work and understanding of the law can NEVER give us what Christ gives us. And it doesn't keep what it is working at anyway...
Mmmm… NO.

Resting in Christ, He who Strengthens us, is how we are able to Keep the Law.

Not by our own strength or our own understanding.

Old things are passed away. Such as working for your own Righteousness. Such as working for your own Salvation. Such as working for your own Sanctification. Such as working for your White Raiment.

I say no such thing.

All I say is that you must turn away from your own work in order to turn to Christ and be IN Christ.

You can't simultaneously work at the law and receive rest from it. You can't be simultaneously alive to the law and what it says and dead to the law and what it says.

I suppose you are stuck in your circular reasoning and the only way out is to come to Christ.

I thought I showed you that Rest in Christ is better than your work at the law. But somehow you can't see.
Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand. One man considers one day more sacred than another; another man considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind. He who regards one day as special, does so to the Lord. He who eats meat, eats to the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he who abstains, does so to the Lord and gives thanks to God. For none of us lives to himself alone and none of us dies to himself alone. If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living. You, then, why do you judge your brother? Or why do you look down on your brother? For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat. It is written: “‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bow before me; every tongue will confess to God.’” So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God. Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in your brother’s way. Romans 14:4-13

Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:16-26

As God’s fellow workers we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain. 2 Corinthians 6:1

For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, God’s building. 1 Corinthians 3:9

Jesus said to them, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I, too, am working.” John 5:17 Ephesians 3:7

I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God’s grace given me through the working of his power. Ephesians 3:7

It's kind off odd and funny how you can say that Christianity is not against the law of Moses on one side while saying on the other side that it is a "failed philosophy of following law".

Who is going on circles and twistings like a roller coaster?

We are told to Rest in Christ and not to slumber in Christ.

Servants and fellow workers of God do not stop working but they have rested from their own efforts and desires, and now lives according to the spirit. They are walking as Jesus did when He walked in Love while He was on this earth. He walked in obedience to His Father's commands to set us an example, that we should follow in His steps.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God afore prepared that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10

During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. Although he was a son, he learned obedience from what he suffered and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him. Hebrews 5:7-9

...I sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the benefits of their labor.”
John 4:34-38

Concerning this salvation, the prophets, who spoke of the grace that was to come to you, searched intently and with the greatest care, trying to find out the time and circumstances to which the Spirit of Christ in them was pointing when he predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow. It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves but you, when they spoke of the things that have now been told you by those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Even angels long to look into these things. 1 Peter 1:10-12

Law-breakers are those who break effective laws, not obsolete ones.
What about the conscience when It comes to the law how do you gauge what Is effective when It comes to what you are thinking.

GODs law should be the gauge which Is righteousness.

But in Matthew the Lord said: "until all is accomplished". Matthew (more complete) prevails over Luke.
SO now Matt and Luke are at odds? I disagree, they both record Jesus words as direct quoted.

Also either way, heaven and earth ahs not passed and ALL has not yet been fulfilled.

Commandments of Jesus Christ, not the 613 ordinances given to the Hebrews through Moses.
Jesus teaches the law of GOd:

John 7:16-17, " 16 So Jesus answered them, “My teaching is not mine, but his who sent me. 17 If anyone's will is to do God's will, he will know whether the teaching is from God or whether I am speaking on my own authority."

So your telling hen Jesus says: ", I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law" It not God's law? It nothing will pas it has to already be established.

Matthew 5:17-20, " 17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished. 19 Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

John 12:44-50, " 44 And Jesus cried out and said, “Whoever believes in me, believes not in me but in him who sent me. 45 And whoever sees me sees him who sent me. 46 I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness. 47 If anyone hears my words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. 48 The one who rejects me and does not receive my words has a judge; the word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day. 49 For I have not spoken on my own authority, but the Father who sent me has himself given me a commandment—what to say and what to speak. 50 And I know that his commandment is eternal life. What I say, therefore, I say as the Father has told me.”

I agree, and if one accepts Jesus words it is clear:

Luke 16:16-17, " 16 “The Law and the Prophets were until John; since then the good news of the kingdom of God is preached, and everyone forces his way into it. 17 But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for one dot of the Law to become void."

Revelation 22:14-15, " 14 Blessed [are] they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15 For without [are] dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie."

Ready for it?

Revelation 14:12-13, " 12 Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus. 13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!”

OK, this is applicable to Christians.
Everything Jesus said is.

John 12:48, “He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day.”

Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. Brothers, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against his brother or judges him speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it. There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you—who are you to judge your neighbor?
James 4:10-12

So then, men ought to regard us as servants of Christ and as those entrusted with the secret things of God. Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful. I care very little if I am judged by you or by any human court; indeed, I do not even judge myself. My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me. Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait till the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of men’s hearts. At that time each will receive his praise from God. Now, brothers, I have applied these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, so that you may learn from us the meaning of the saying, “Do not go beyond what is written.” Then you will not take pride in one man over against another. For who makes you different from anyone else? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not? 1 Corinthians 4:1-21

If every kingdom on earth has laws for their people, does God have laws for His people in His kingdom? When the Lord comes back to reign for a thousand years, will He have laws for His kingdom?

Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years. Revelation 20:6

Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind. Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good. As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by men but chosen by God and precious to him— you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 2:1-5

For when there is a change of the priesthood, there must also be a change of the law. Hebrews 7:12

Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2

How do we carry each other's burden?
