I do not think anyone opposes immigrants that enter legally, it is the illegal ones that are of concern!!

I have no problem with most LEGAL immigrants.....I personally think ALL should be heavily scrutinized and NO ONE should be let in if they have extremist views, prior arrests and convictions, or ties to gangs or cartels....and they should have to apply in their COUNTRY and AFTER approval be issued a a TWO year period to peak English, have a legit job and prove you can make it without financial help from the gov.

AND ALL assistance to ILLEGALS should cease and desist, it should be redirected at AMERICANS that need it especially taking care of the elderly, sick, and children.....after that VOTE on where it gets spent in one lump sum yearly.....with two options one being the deficit and maybe the other a rotating option with maybe 10 options that roll through once a year for 10 years.........

Just to correct false history. Black people wasn't seen as 3/5 of a person. That was created by the North to prevent the South from being able to count all their slaves as a population and giving them more delegates in Congress. Had no context in the image of a black American.

Yeah, I think I mentioned before, when my family came into the country we had to have a sponsor. They were responsible for us. We were allowed no gov't assistance, none. So I don't understand how people have no issue with illegals coming here and getting all the benefits Dems are willing to give them. We should take care of our own IMV.......we are what....22 trillion in debt.....and the monies (tax revenue) we spend on illegals, other nations, defense of the world etc. could easily be used to pay our d... debt off.........then AFTER we have gotten a hold of our debt, which WILL sink the nation if we do not get a hold of it, maybe we can help others and or allow the flood gates to be opened again......and that being a small chance of maybe.....

You've never heard of Shummer?! The point wasn't who you'd vote for,the point is they all act like they're tough on borders. They're all on video saying it. BTW Mahr is hoping for a recession, and it won't affect him so that tells you all you need to know about that guy. As far as political refugees I would guess that would be on a case by case situation. If people can be vetted. Germany took in all those Muslims and look what happened to them. Thank you for sharing some good, uncommon sense. I would get behind a pay off the national debt first policy. Get out of the middle east. They'd rather cut our throats than make us a sandwich anyway. If we paid off the national debt and became solvent we'd get more respect from the world than brandishing our weapons or acting as if we are in charge of the world. Fear gets tiresome. Maybe you never lived in an area with over 14,000,000 people within a 200 x 75 mile strip of land bolstered by mountains on the east and a daily on shore breeze from the west every day when the smog was too heavy to blow over the mountains but I was born there.

Maybe you never worked in a fish cannery when the work stopped because the mercury levels in tuna made it unfit for human consumption... My father did.

Pollution is a threat to all who breathe air or drink water. If you don't believe me go swim in the Long Beach California, harbor or breathe the air in Houston or Pasadena Texas on a warm still day.
