Just wondering on how you guys view dinosaurs. Did they exist, did the get left off the arc, etc. What do you Think?

This sounds like one for sure doesn't it? Why are they extinct though? Lets see. If you are trying to live on earth and theres huge things roaming around. So big they could destroy entire citys and such they will be a big threat. So whats the solution? Kill them. For what purpose? So they don't kill them. its not like theyd be hard to find and also if you kill them all life would be much safer. thats what I think.

Did you know that 92 percent of animals have gone extinct, scientists say. I do believe they existed.
Did you know that job is the oldest book of the bible? Maybe they where there during the time of job.
The bible does not mention the names of any of the creatures. But God made lots of creatures of all kinds, all beautiful.

There are sightings around the world in modern times. More specifically around the Central African Swamps near Congo and also near South America.
In the medieval ages there were alot of them around. Historians (not story tellers) wrote down about big lizards (sometimes referred to as dragons which is the archaic (ancient) English word for giant lizards).

There is alot of hogwash on the internet about dinosaurs, but some of the stuff is real.
They find unpetrified dinosaur bones (if it is unfossilized then its decay expectancy would not be more than a few thousand years if that).
Don't research it if it scares you, only if it encourages you.

Do you know that a lot of there discovery's are fake? Look it up, there's so many evolution mishaps with all of this garbage. and the bible doesn't have to go and describe every creature does it? The whole purpose of the bible is to reconcile man to God not give us zoology.

what the evidence that there fakes. what evidence is there that says there describing a real creature. most people who try to discredit dinousaur findings are creationst with no education in those areas

ok ok ok!! so there are deffidently sum still alive but only in the deepest darkest thickest jungels and the deepest darkest oceans! there are sightings of dinos in the water every once in a while when people are deeep out at sea. there have also been freash bodies of land dinos found in the water off shore of a few places. THERE DEFFLY OUT THERE xD lol and yes they were on the ark! just babies though. through time people kind of killed them off and there were WAY less of them so they just died off and only the strongest retreated to thick forists... lol thats my guess!

In Job 40, the Lord is infallibly describing a real historical creature, called &#8216;Behemoth&#8217;. No known living animal, such as the elephant or hippopotamus, fits the passage adequately. A detailed analysis of the key clause Job 40:17a suggests that the most natural interpretation is that the tail of Behemoth is compared to a cedar for its great size. Consequently, the most reasonable interpretation is that Behemoth was a large animal, now extinct, which had a large tail. Thus some type of extinct dinosaur should still be considered a perfectly reasonable possibility according to our present state of knowledge.

The universe is about 15 billion years old. The Earth is about 5 billion years old. Dinosaurs went extinct 65 million years ago. Humans and dinosaurs never coexisted. These are scientific facts, backed by mountains of conclusive data and evidence, and completely irrefutable. To claim otherwise is horridly absurd.

However, God created the universe, the Earth, and mankind in a six-day period. An obvious contradiction to the scientific record, but the teaching of scripture and therefore true nonetheless. While it's clearly a contradiction to the human mind, that's only a problem to those who mistakenly make it a problem. Our understanding is nothing compared to the Lord.

Biblically, if God did what he said he did, then at creation everything was perfect. God says in Genesis that death entered the world as a result of sin, and so there would have been no death of the nephesh animals before sin. That rules out the theistic evolution of mankind. (If death was before sin, then Jesus died for no reason in order to undo something that God called very good in the beginning).

Did you ever wonder why the Bible cores people with all those genealogies? Well one reason is because if you pay attention to it you have a complete list of people from one generation through to the next all the way from Adam to Noah to Abraham to David to Jesus himself. This proves his lineage as of David, but it also proves the total ages of the people that lived in that time.
So again, if God did what he said he did, then adding up the ages will give you a maximum number of years in which it all took place.

From Adam to Abraham was 1948 Years. From Issac to Jesus was 1948 years.
14 generations from Abraham to David, 14 generations from David to Babylon, 14 generations from Babylon to Jesus. Mathew 1;17

So how old is the earth? Do the math.

As for dinosaurs, Genesis says that God brought to Noah 2 of every land animal. 7 of some but at least 2 of every land animal.
Were dinosaurs land animals? Most were yes. What does logic dictate here? Dinosaurs went on the ark.

But what about the argument that they are too big to go on a boat?
Ask these people how big the ark was - they don't know.
Ask them what the average size of a dinosaur was - they don't know.
So to them, an unknown amount of dinosaur can't fit in an unknown area of boat. LOL

The ark was 3 decks high, and the length of 3 american football fields. The Bible gives the exact dimensions. There's a guy (see google) building a full scale replica right now.
The average size of a dinosaur was that of a german shepherd dog. Some were really big, but many were no larger than a chicken. And even the big ones were once small teenagers.

What killed the dinosaurs? Some say the ice age (singular) caused by the flood. I personally believe that the plantlife, which was not 100% protected from extinction, was so messed up that when the dinosaurs, which were mostly plant eaters, got off the ark they found their menu lacking. And the cold weather wouldn't have helped either.

Some did survive until recent ages. Until the 1800s when Henery Owen created the name "dinosaur" they were all known as something else in the thousands of years before that. Guess what... Dragon. No, not the fire breathing type, but dragons. Myths about things that are no longer observed in this generation are often exagerated and made into fairy tales in the generations to come. Dragon ledgend abound in just about every country in the world. And older carvings and drawings look pretty much the same as you can see in the post above.

the universe is pretty young I think about 10- 20000 years. There's just WAY more evidence for it. Such as the sun is shinking. It gets the same amount smaller each year. So if it's been shinking since the beginning of time and say the universe was billions of years old the sun would of been almost touching the earth. But since it's only around ten thousand or something everything would of been fine.

There is mention of a dinosaur called Leviathan in the bible (as xJoe pointed out earlier):

It was you who crushed the heads of Leviathan and gave him as food to the creatures of the desert.

So they did exist together with modern man, but died out long ago. Not millions of years ago but thousands because that is when King David, Job and Isaiah were around.

On top of that, carbon dating has been proven to be very inaccurate in determining the age of fossils, although the debate about its accuracy still rages on.
