With respect to all but apologies to no one, I proclaim the saving grace of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, our Lord and Savior. That said, I work part time as a bartender. Does that put my salvation in jeopardy?
Jesus made wine for the wedding and was not called a wine bibber because he drank Grace JUICE.....he even said....John came straight laced, I came eating and drinking.....................................and either way you refused to dance......

OHHHHH watch em squirm

Wrong as usual.

1 Cor 7:17Regardless, each one should lead the life that the Lord has assigned to him and to which God has called him. This is what I prescribe in all the churches. 18Was a man already circumcised when he was called? He should not become uncircumcised. Was a man still uncircumcised when called? He should not be circumcised. 19Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing. Keeping God’s commandments is what counts.

Obedience counts and not the calling.Keeping God's commandments is not sitting but doing.
DUDE...your law keeping/working for drivel will take you some place you do not want to go.....and my direct quote proves your error...and if you think for one second you keep the commands or law of God...you are deceiving yourself pal

But to the one who does not work, but believes in Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited as righteousness

If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself.

JAMES, which is yanked out of context by the workers for....
Two keys to JAMES....
The demons believe and tremble
Show me your faith
James addresses the 12 scattered tribes....they had the same problem the JEWS do to this day....a mere belief in GOD, but NO saving faith
It can be summed up like this....
Paul-->Romans---.A man is justified and saved before GOD be genuine saving faith
James--James-->The above faith that justifies a man before GOD is seen by MEN based upon our works
It is not that difficult, yet MANY conflate the two into a false gospel with no power to save
And at the END of the day they will reject, deny, explain away or dismiss or twist the following verse....
If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself.
James is clear, faith with works is real faith.

22 You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did.
James 2

Faith is a belief about the world and what is the problem and what is the solution.
But the faith is shown for what it is by the action which provides the solution to the problem.

Without the provision of the solution, the faith was just meaningless, as meaningless as believing you can swim
while drowning, and never trying to swim, so you drown.

Everything about God is about seeing the truth, in the light of His love and then acting appropriately because
one can see the situation and what needs to be done. They both prove the other.

A blind man is no worse than a man who sees and does nothing.
Jesus criticised the teachers of the law had no heart, justice, mercy and faithfulness meant nothing, only greed
and self indulgence. They were unfortunately followers of the enemy and had no love for Gods word and it did
not dwell in their hearts. We equally can suffer the same failure, if we do not let Gods word dwell in us and fail
to obey.

19 Keeping God's commands is what counts.
1 Cor 7

Love is a spiritual gift and a process of growth and maturity after one has been saved.....and do you think that just because one uses sarcasm, a little heat and or pointed direct names that they do not love? Is that what you think? If you do you are saying JESUS, JOHN the Baptist, Elijah, Paul etc. did not love.......
You are not Jesus, Eliah, John the Baptist, Paul, or any of them. They had a lot of WORKS you're saying are not useful.

And what you just said is borderline Satanic.......if we cannot use JESUS, JOHN, PAUL and ELIJAH as biblical examples of how they dealt with people then who can we use genius?

Are you not talking about yourself and thinking to yourself what constitutes and conveying it "One who believes already saved and won't loose what he supposedly had already"

Then you draw the conclusion that the said believers can fall in sins and believe it doesn't matter"

Then you say "I can see that a lot here"

Ok.

Quote where anyone says on here anyone on here that says we can fall into sins and it doesn't matter.

I don't think you will be able to.

I think you will find that people may say that we can fall in sins and even when we do the grace of God covers it.

Not using the grace of God as a license to sin.

Paul addressed that through Romans 5-6

I think those who do not believe they are saved supposedly whilst here on earth have an issue which can lead sins.

What is the sin that the Holy Spirit would come to convict the world off.

Jesus said "The sin of unbelief in him"

Jesus said that.

Gospel of John

John 3:16-17
16 “For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.17 God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.

John 6:29
29 Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.”

So what are these sins.

Works done not of faith but works to be saved.

It's faith that saves which leads to works as a result of faith.

So please qualify and quote "What I can see a lot on here that believers on here say that they can sin AND IT DOES NOT MATTER"

If you cannot then please retract that statement.
That's what you believe and I must respet that. I see Scriptures say a lot more than that, and it is posted everywhere on all the threads about the same. It is simple: no one who practices sin inherite the promises. Those promises are for people who obey, not for people who think more of themselves that they should. History of christianity is full of persons who were disfellowshiped of the christian congregation in the first century. They just thought the same you do: that no matter what they do nothing happens.

Love is a difficult thing, because it comes from our hearts, and almost cannot be commanded, rather
we need to give is space to grow and be.

I remember when I realised I loved my parents despite their failures and sins, it was unmerited love,
which was given to their role in my existence, rather than as a judgement on their handling of my life.

When I came to see God is my true Father, whose gave stewardship to my father for my care.
So confused was he, he found it hard to express his love for his own children. It was layers of
shyness and fear, so he never really knew himself.

So many think Jesus plants love, except now I believe He allows that which we are to grow and
develop as He intended from the beginning of our creation. So addictive is this love in a child, young
women will get pregnant to feel this purpose and role, because it roots and grounds them when so
much is missing from their own families.

And here is the central issue. So many with disturbed families and backgrounds find it impossible
to let Jesus heal and open up their hearts, so we get these crazy theological disputes which come all
the way back to acceptance and rejection of the love that dwells within us, yet even though some know
of Jesus, He is still distant from their hearts and love truly flowing. God bless you.

The oracle has spoken. Someone is borderline Satanic, not quite, but almost.
This sounds like a tight rope walker, or maybe just a ridiculous statement placed on top of something
not that significant. But impact points, 100 100 100, you won the runner up prize for not being actually
Satanic, only borderline :ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:

If you address to me, please, show some respect.
You say you are saved, you are born again, you have the spirit ... I can see you are lying to yourself and you are exactly the best example of what I am saying.

I don't need to mention any one. Some posts on here are evidently not coming from someone who is or have all that is being talked about all the time. Or the spirit in you doesn't help you recognize when a spirit IS NOT the Spirit?

When people insists so much on not-works necessary, that is totally wrong. I am not saying it is your case, but there is too much of that all around, like some people doesn't mind what they do ... It is important to know that YES, it matters what people does.

This forum is probably the only place I know, when someone can hit you in the face, undermine
your whole existence, be polite and then knee you where it hurts and claim they are innocent,
speaking love, grace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Words like credibility are used, and love, and Gods word, truth, integrity.
Certainly this kind of behaviour is more about dominance and psychopaths with no empathy
than anything else. I am glad we have many miles between us and this is only textual
anonymous interactions.

I have seen the social impact when words similar to those typed here are spoken in groups.
you never see the people again. But that is the problem of these disconnected interactions,
no filter or checks, no proportion or impact assessment. So linking love and mass murder
is just innocent confrontation. God help those who can do this without serious realisation
they need counselling for an extended period of time.

For some reason, they all have the same response.

1. They are asked a question
2. They refuse to answer
3. They push bible verses they think supports them
4. They are asked again to answer the question
5. They continue to diflect and refuse to answer
6. Then get mad at us and say we are attacking them

Its sad..
You Hit the Nail Right on the HEAD! Could not have said it better.

We love because he loved us first. Which happens AT SALVATION.

Ole peter is just proving once again he does not understand the word of God (red x)
