What scripture was Timothy referring to?

2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.
QUESTION: Is Timothy talking here about: just the Jewish scriptures, the 66 canonical books of the Holy Bible or all scriptures concerning the Abrahamic GOD? looking forward to feedback.

Thank-you for the correction I will reword the question, my mistake. I refer to the TaNaK as Jewish scriptures because they are the Holy Scriptures of the Jewish faith. I believe Hebrew was the language the Israelites spoke and wrote in. Your thoughts on Paul believing that his own writings would be scripture, because he was a prophet and had knowledge of the compilation of the Christian Bible are food for thought. So for clarity you believe that Paul in verse 15 is speaking of the Hebrew/Jewish scriptures that Jesus was taught from but in verse 16 he is prophetically speaking of the 66 canonical books of the Christian Holy Bible?

So for clarity you've chosen this scripture which clearly states Paul is using only the TaNaK specifically only the Torah (books of Moses) and Nevi'im (the prophets). Please I want no misunderstandings, I believe as I have been shown through the Holy Spirit of GOD that the New Testament is an account of the life and death of mankinds Savior Jesus of Nazareth whom is the Christ. I'm more searching for how others feel about the scriptures on a whole basis such as how many members on this sight feel the Jewish Holy scriptures are from GOD or do most members believe that when the Church compiled the 66 canonical books of the Christian bible anything they deemed non-canonical was now no longer scripture inspired by GOD. and to a softer degree does anyone feel that GOD's plan to make Ishmael a great nation gives any validity to the Quran.

I however have always found the "Holy Trinity" to be ambiguous and that scripture is just as supportive of Jesus being his son his creation his joy; not himself. So I look at it like this... When a parent in the world of mankind has a child that is a joy and the very essence of their parents heart everyone says "he is his father through and through" They don't mean that he is actually his father, they are separate people but he certainly embodies his father. I hope I've answered your question and even further I hope what the Holy Spirit has shown me does not offend you or your faith.
