Psalm 139
17How precious to me are Your thoughts, O God, how vast is their sum!
18If I were to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand; and when I awake, I am still with You.
During crucifixion, imagine the amount of thoughts he have of us during the cross

Yes, but it's the 'Infinite' contained in the finite. (Again Col 2:9)
it is like the loaves and fishes that fed thousands -- contained in the few the boy had brought.
or like the jar of oil in 2 Kings 4, that filled jar after jar until no more empty jars were found.

as a singularity :)

I need to PM posthuman asking about some visual math proof of how infinity can be contained in the finite, that's so counter-intuitive
for any two rational numbers {a, c},
b = (a+c)/2 is a rational number between a & c
let a = m/n
and let c = p/q
then (a+c)/2 = (mq + pn)/(2pq) which is rational.

iterate with the set {a, b} or {b, c}

___ ___there are infinite rational numbers between any two rational numbers.

Discrete math
If mind can hurt from technical, if God reveal his complexity in proof form, only God can recover us

But take it piece by piece, one step and one concept at a time

take anything continuous, and pick any two points of it.
a midpoint exists, because it is continuous.

do it again, with the midpoint you found, and either of the first two points.
a midpoint of those exists

that's not true of discrete sets. there's no integer that's the middle of 1 & 2
but is God discrete?

He doesn't have 'gaps' in Himself - He is, I AM
i think, this is continuous. the smallest piece of Him you can imagine, is infinite even within the bounds of that smallest part of God you can imagine

Like bridge within the bridge or fractals

Wow and I wonder the simplifying power of God when he teach or explain

From high and holy concepts, down-to-earth for us

^wow for even the weakness of God is stronger the strongest of the strong

I'm reminded of a phone commercial where that little small fuzzy saw a giant phone and overwhelmed, and faint

Jesus = high God-density

Jammed-packed godliness
infinite density -- "in Him the fullness of God" and "Spirit poured out without measure"

like a black hole? a.k.a. 'infinite gravity well'

"if I be lifted up I will draw all men unto Myself"

no escape from Him -- but only the wicked would want to :)

Is nothing measurable?

WOW
Of coarse there are some things. :)

Ezekiel 40
3So He took me there, and I saw a man whose appearance was like bronze. He was standing in the gateway with a linen cord and a measuring rod in his hand.4“Son of man,” he said to me, “look with your eyes, hear with your ears, and pay attention to everything I am going to show you, for that is why you have been brought here. Report everything you see to the house of Israel.”

Think about a physical wall
Sustained by God, yet God can pass through it

Same for a moving car, sustaining what is being passed through, all in one

The only aspect of God that is measurable, is when God give man measuring device ... There is nothing about God that is measurable

Can the Bible measure God?
