Here is how I view this:

When the Father raised Yeshua from the dead and resurrected Him, scripture states WE ALSO were raised from the dead and resurrected. When the Father brought Yeshua back home, scripture states we were also brought back home.

What does this mean?

IT MEANS, although I am currently here on Earth typing in this thread, I am technically already RESURRECTED and WITH the Father in Paradise!!

If that DOES NOT light a fire under your FAITH, then sadly nothing can!!



But when I think about Yeshua now having POWER to conquer DEATH and the GRAVE and He is with the Father in Paradise...I know I also have that SAME POWER to conquer DEATH and the GRAVE and I also am WITH the Father in Paradise this VERY MOMENT!!



That makes me shout, run in circles, do jumping jacks, hollar at the moon, and do back flips... WHOA GLORY TO GOD!!

If I’m understanding the question you are asking, “whose faith?” because of the wording, “faith OF the Son of God” then it’s clarified by understanding what faith means. It’s not a simple “belief” like “I believe people should have pets.” This is more of an opinion. A faith belief is a conviction. It moves you. It defines you. It’s belief in an idea thst kept the great inventors up all night in the workshop. It’s the belief that men should be free and inspired Canadians to risk their lives, helping slaves escape to the north.

So the “faith OF the Son of God” doesn’t mean what Jesus believed. It is the ideal, that the Messiah has come. The ideal that we are no longer individuals but part of a collective. The ideal that we are united, not like a team, but more like a body. The hand feeds the mouth, so the heart can beat. We are lead by one mind, the Head, which is Christ. At the resurrection we are raised because the fingers and the toes, and all parts are the Body and move with the Body. It is this conviction that lights our path.

The law was a list of rules to show right from wrong. It showed how to be a decent member of society who honours God. It was more like the tool of God. Christ came for us to be grafted into His being, so we are living extensions of Himself, like limbs. This is salvation.

As traditions of man, makes void the word of God?
Causes much ponderings (at least to me), as to whether many "teachers of doctrine", are teaching from their faith in Christ. And not of Christ.

Faith is a gift but it is given to us.

If the gifts that are given to you aren't personally yours then they are just an intellectual idea.

Nice verses about faith. Here is more.

Romans 12:3 says, “God hath dealt to every man THE measure of faith” (emphasis mine). God didn’t give us different measures of faith; we all received THE measure of faith. If I were serving soup to a lot of people, and if I used the same ladle to dish it out, then that ladle would be THE measure. Everyone would get the same amount of soup because I would use the same measure. That’s the way it is with God’s faith. He only used one measure. All born-again Christians received the same amount of faith.

We also have the same faith that Paul had. Paul said in Galatians 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Paul did not say that he lived by faith IN the Son of God but by the faith OF the Son of God. The measure of faith that Paul had was the same measure that Jesus had. It was Jesus’ faith. If there is only one measure of faith (Rom. 12:3), then we also have the faith of Jesus.

Unless the Faith of Christ is our motivation in all we are doing then it is of ourselves and not of GOD. We are a new creation created in Christ Jesus. All things are to be new and of GOD. For It is HE that works in us both to will and do HIS good pleasure. Through the word, HIS laws, through Christ's indwelling we have a new heart, mind, and mouth we have the Faith and we can not help but testify of the things we have heard and saw because it is who we are. By having Faith in Christ we now have the faith of Christ. Praise GOD and Amen!

The Faith of Christ is of the Changed heart, mind and mouth He gives us by His indwelling. In HIM we live, move, and have our being. It is GOD that works in us both to will and do HIS good pleasure. For we are dead nevertheless we live, YET NOT US BUT CHRIST LIVETH IN US and the life we now live in the flesh WE LIVE BY THE FAITH OF THE SON OF GOD. We have put on Christ. As the Body of Christ the Temple of GOD HIS Spirit is in us. HE is the Word manifested in the flesh and now we through HIM; HIS word, HIS laws, through the RESURRECTION are the same because HIS word, HIS laws are in our hearts, minds, and mouths.. This is the FAITH in which we preach.

Faith is not just of and from God, as you pointed out, but it is a spirit of and from God.
It is one of the gifts given to us.
And because it is given to us, we call it our own, but it came from and is of God.
According to the law of genesis, everything produces after their own kind.
At least some spirits have the ability to produce seed or offspring after their own kind, that is both like and of them, and the spirit of faith is one of them.
Abraham is our father because we have received the same seed or offspring of the spirit that was in him, that is now in us.
We received a seed of the spirit of faith that was in Abraham when we received the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Mat 12:33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.

The good or corrupt tree is the kind or type of spirit one receives. If it is of God, it will be a good tree and produce fruit and seed after its own kind.

Our faith is the fact that we believe that it was Christ's faith that justified us. Christ's faith saved us eternally. Our faith has nothing to do with our eternal salvation. God rewards us for our faith, but those rewards are received as we live here on earth, not eternally.
