Hi vco, I posted something about people fearing to test their faith.

How have you turned this into "You do not know a thing"

You talk "we" I always talk about the group who follow Jesus, or believe.
Do you believe Jesus can change you? I am beginning to doubt you have.

But I get from your previous posts, you do not believe we can ever be righteous in the flesh.
So then having faith in Jesus would never be for transformation.

I would suggest this is a form of unbelief.
By the way I like your apparent anger and emphasis, it really makes a mark of both
condemnation, judgementalism and conviction. God bless you for this, it is both admirable
and troubling.

It also suggest you do not like trusting your faith, as you have got so angry, lol :)

Learn to the difference between JUDGING and DISCERNMENT.

Psalm 119:66 (HCSB)
66 Teach me good judgment and discernment, for I rely on Your commands.

Proverbs 28:11 (HCSB)
11 A rich man is wise in his own eyes, but a poor man who has discernment sees through him.

Philippians 1:9 (HCSB)
9 And I pray this: that your love will keep on growing in knowledge and every kind of discernment,

Hebrews 5:14 (ESV)
14 But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil.

1 Corinthians 2:13-14 (NIV)
13 This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words.
14 The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Now, I will have warn you again. So this is your second warning about your post being Divisive. On the third offense, I have the options of putting on my Permanent IGNORE LIST:

Titus 3:10 (CSBBible)
10 Reject a divisive person after a first and second warning.

Titus 3:10 (NCV)
10 After a first and second warning, avoid someone who causes arguments.

Sorry vco, it is all so much self justifying your own position.
I am sharing a simple point. You are a very defended person.
God bless you. I am sure you are very safe, rather you than me

I first went to an evangelical brethren church that preached the simple
gospel of repentance, faith and commitment to following Jesus.

Funny how this gospel creates such a response.
Must be a different type of believer and possibly faith being exercised here.

And I am very aimiable. Unfortunately God is a jealous God and His judgement
can never be mocked and miss-represented. But His sheep hear and respond,
so peace be with you and God bless.

So transformation of the heart by Jesus is a false gospel.
Good we got that one straight. :)

What I am learning, is people come in so many different forms and expressions of
faith, yet this heart response varies so much. And some hates Gods simple word.

But as His word comes alive to me, I can only share, for I cannot know what you
are like or what shadows it awakens in your heart. I do ask, commit it all to the
Lord, and He will make your paths straight. Halleluyah.

Your WORDING, makes it a False Gospel.

If You imply that Obedience is SOMETHING WE HAVE TO DO TO BE SAVED, YOU ARE WRONG.

OBEDIENCE is some WE DO because we ARE SAVED, out of the LOVE HE HAS PUT IN US.

I must ask you AGAIN, EXPLAIN WHAT THE PHRASE BORN AGAIN, MEANS TO YOU ? ? ?

I suspect, that is the reason you do not understand our spiritual words.

I have heard this false teaching before.
It is just saying you can be in the vine, and not dry up and be rejected, except that is
exactly what the parable says. And those who change the words of Jesus are simply false teachers.

Who do the Sheep listen to? Jesus. But it is for you to decide what you are and who you listen
to. :)
But, it's the Jesus that I know and love.

Yet again you have been proven the deceiver you are.
Well done! But just as the original deceiver didn't care a whit about truth, or shown his own hypocrisy, so those that go down his path care not either.

But, it's the Jesus that I know and love.
I have to apologise. There are many Jesus's to many people.
I know the Jesus of the bible, and of faith, and the law, and judgement and righteousness.

Some preach a Jesus of acceptance and just accept Him and He accepts you.
To those with anxiety issues I can see how this can appeal and speaks to the heart.

I have anxiety issues also. It is through the loving arms of Jesus I can see this terrible
violent and aggressive world, with responsibility and consequences that sometimes look
like a dream and other times a nightmare.

I have grown very slowly, and the Lord laid down things in my life, that without His way
I would not have survived.

And I know from very early on, Jesus was very different to me, spoke a different language
and so did the disciples. It was like I could feel the emotions, in part but not why or how.

Jesus wants the best for us. But He is also clear, we need to listen and learn.
So dear sister, just listen and learn from Him. I have done this all my christian life, through
many churches and different ministries, and I have grown in Him.

He is faithful and true, and will change us, we just need to reach out and ask.
The first step is always recognition of the need. The next is recognition the cross proves He
can be trusted, and finally reaching out and asking. He answers, every time.
So do this and the way will become clear, and the path from one step of glory to the next.

It sounds weird me saying this, because it has grown over time, and is more real now than
ever. God bless you sister, and Know He loves you.

Not Sure about your last sentence. Is your primary language something other than English ? ? ?

YES, I am confident that Our Position is the absolute TRUTH, and what I am referring to is OSAS (Once Saved Always Saved).

I will Proclaim it as ABSOLUTE TRUTH, and will never consider the Opposite Opinion. I will protect the Brethren whenever I see them under attack, with a lie that I Perceive has come from a Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. In other words, a False Prophet that is a Pastor teaching false doctrines. That is HOW CONFIDENT that I am grounded in the TRUTH, and will always proclaim it as SUCH.
I absolutely am past the point of being:

Ephesians 4:11-15 (HCSB)
11 And He personally gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers,
12 for the training of the saints in the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ,
13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of God’s Son, ⌊growing⌋ into a mature man with a stature measured by Christ’s fullness.
14 Then we will no longer be little children, tossed by the waves and blown around by every wind of teaching, by human cunning with cleverness in the techniques of deceit.
15 But speaking the truth in love, let us grow in every way into Him who is the head—Christ.

Fran, sometimes I sit here after reading one of your posts and I think, "no, I won't put her through the ringer because she just makes it too easy". You fancy yourself some great theologian, when in fact, you are a rank amateur. You constantly get swatted down, and come back to claim your posts weren't answered.

You make demands constantly, and when your demands are met (like just now when you asked for verses, and were provided them) you move the goal post. You make false statements about your own posting history (I'm so glad CC keeps the entire history of posts) as if we can't go and check them.

You should be embarrassed, but you don't possess the humility.
Well Bud...
With the above you just proved my point....

Once again -
no answer to my post.

Nuff said.

I love this, believe on the Lord Jesus and you will be saved.

This about repentance, conviction of sin, commitment to walk in righteousness and
believing your sins are forgiven through the cross.
What is the sin that the Holy Spirit came to convict us off, to repent off?

By the way...and I've said this before...
I don't have a MY DOGMA.
I don't make up dogma.
The Christian church has made up dogma...
You mean the Catholic church and then it was taken by all her daughters that are coming home to roost under the current False Prophet pope and his Islamic twin sister......

Apparently my good man,,,
you don't care about the truth either.
I do believe you forgot to read my post no. 86,862...
but why read it?
You might learn something.j

So WHO is the deceiver here?
YOU and anyone who is still speaking about my previous posts
because apparently you are UNABLE to respond to posts with scripture in them.

A sad state of affairs for you indeed!

May God shed His truth upon you.

I know I disturb you.
I'm not leaving here of my own free will.

If you think I've done something wrong then quit talking about obedience,,,which YOU do not demonstrate, BTW,,,

And since YOU are such a good, obedient person,,,
I think you should go ahead and complain about me.....a sinner, and a proclaimed one at that.
How do you know I am not obedient....I am not here breaking the rules as a previously banned member and you have no idea what I do away from CC....unlike you I boast in Jesus and what he does, not myself and how DIS-obedient I am......

How can breaking the rules prove your supposed obedience? Dishonesty, rule breaking, embellished word, twisted word, rejected context and verb tense......not looking good Fran

You're disobedient because you LIE
and refer to others with verbs that a Christian person would not use
You show no love toward others
You twist the word of God
You tell people they're going to hell
You reject the Word of God and make it mean what YOU THINK it means
You understand nothing about Greek or verb tense but think you do....

A truly sad state of affairs.
May God cause His light to shine upon you.

You'll have to PROVE that I embellish it.

With scripture.
It pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. <--you add obedience

Jesus begins, finishes and completes the work of faith he started in us <---you say we must keep ourself in the faith

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy has he saved us <---you say we must work to remian saved

I give unto then ETERNAL life <---you say it is temporal based upon what we do

On and on and on you embellish the word with your Catholic poison.....

And I have never lied on this site....so.....keep piling on the sin Fran.....maybe you can get a priest to pray you into heaven since your works are not measuring up

Very judgemental indeed.

A man who gave his testimony about how Jesus transformed from drug addict and was healed and was used by God to help others.

His flesh was delivered and set free to walk with others.

People on here accuse you of being Peter Jens.

To be honest I thought that may be the case.

But given what I see you post and say I have to disagree.
Given that PJ & I have spoken off line at times I know he is not like you.

You accuse others and judge them.
You post a lot about yourself about where you were, where you are now.
You present many situations that you have found yourself in and how God has used you.

But when others do the same you judge.

"I am beginning to doubt you have" as said above.

VCO fully knows about the transformation that Jesus brings about in a person.
He has experienced it.

He probably has a T-shirt.

Drug addict, healed by Jesus and helping others.
