Omgosh my little sister has Bieber fever how can i make it Stoppp...!!!! Lol ehh
 
Ahaha... Well, not much you can do than to just let her keep on liking him. Remember, it is just a phase of time. When she grows older he might not be so interesting anymore. ;) Still, I beleive there might be girls/guys your age that likes him too. :p

oh! my younger sister's the same. she collects a lot of beiber stuffs, pictures, musics, etc.

Well if she's only 12 then just leave her addiction in the hands of time. Justin Beiber is like the clothes he wears: he CAN be grown out of.

Well have you noticed how no one over the age of 15 is a massive Justin Beiber fangirl? Speaks for itself. ;)
 
And, how old is your sister? If she is a teenager, than everything is OK. That is normal in this age.
