It depends on who you ask.
And I agree that there is false doctrine. And that the Bible is right.
But that seems to be where the agreement ends.
Would even you and I be in complete agreement as to what is false doctrine and what isn't?
Probably not. That's the point.
So, how do we handle that? Can we disagree on a few doctrines and still be okay with each other?
What if we disagree a lot? Or completely?
What if we are both in complete disagreement yet both have biblical support for our views?
This is the issue between Protestants and Catholics. So, how do we handle it?

I think people throw around false doctrine a little too easily. I have friends for various churches, traveled in all denomination of churches and though I didn't agree with all their belief we agreed on the main things. In fact I can find many things I can agree with with the Catholics. The problem is where they are in error they are in serious error. I've heard the actor Jim Caviezel in interviews and I have no doubt he has a heart for God. But he is Catholic and worships the Pope. I hope he finds the truth. But to give man glory that belongs to God is serious error. I'll stop here and add a lot of evangelicals give the same glory to tv evangelists. Oops, did I say that?
