My favorite tv morning news anchor died today. He was only 43. He was always funny and lighthearted. I usually don't have any favorite male news people but he was just a very likeable guy. It's so sad that he died. He has a wife and a little girl too. They say they don't know the cause of death yet, but it was definitely unexpected.

Rudolph the Red-Nosed reindeer is talked about in the past tense. Which sadly means he no longer exists, but what do we know about poor Rudolph? Evidently reindeer can talk, because they called him names like Pinocchio. They also wouldn't let him play games like Monopoly.

The Adventures of Pinocchio came out in 1883, while Monopoly came out in 1935, but was inspired by The Landlord's Game patented in 1904. So at the very least we know that Rudolph could have lived between 1883-1904, which would be right in line with the life span of a reindeer in captivity. Or it could be referring to the movie and later released game, which would mean Rudolph lived between 1935-1940. As he was first mentioned in 1939 by Robert Lewis May, that would have been more in line with the times, so perhaps Rudolph lived a short, yet fulfilling reindeer life under Santa's guidance.

We also know that reindeer can get red noses due to densely packed blood vessels near the skin's surface, so Rudolph wasn't special at all, really, only different from the existing reindeer at the North Pole. Nevertheless, Santa gave him purpose.

Here's something else: I have too much time on my hands tonight. xD

I’ve had the flu and was binge watching “Timeless” to pass the time.

Just tell me something... it doesn't even matter what it is... something new you learned recently, what you had for lunch, what your new year resolution will be.....
Every Christmas season I like to watch Home Alone 1 & 2.

I went hunting last night and bagged a llamacorn. Going to mount it's head on my wall and sell the meat since i'm allergic.

Shame on you! We are extremely rare!

Hi Pippy!

I know I asked you this in PM, but, for anyone else out there like me who might need a little extra help... (ok, maybe A LOT of extra help!), what, exactly, IS a Majestic Llamacorn?

When I first saw the name, I immediately associated it with "candy corn."

Is a "llamacorn" a sweet treat?

I would find that very fitting. :)
