I can't believe Brett Kavanaugh sided with the liberal justices to vote against looking into public funding of Planned Parenthood...such betrayal!!! After all, he went through...presuming he was full-blown against abortion...and lo and behold...He voted against the main factor why Planned Parenthood should stop being funded!

What matter of deception is this?

I thuoght the same thing, but after reading about it, it made sense because the federal government doesn't pay for any of those medicaid services. Medicaid is state-funded. Each state has its own supreme court. Also it said that the state money that Planned Parenthood is getting from medicaid is for services other than abortions (although someone should probably investigate that). So its strictly a state government issue.

Hmmm....that's interesting. I didn't know so much about Medicaid...or the services involved. But, thanks for that. I guess when you understand the things revolving around the issue..it could be beneficial when it comes to judging.

Most people don't really understand medicaid or medicare. The health insurance system here is very confusing lol.
 
I bet the woman that was Trump's second choice would have voted to take it on. She had a reputation for having strong christian beliefs. I really wanted Trump to pick her.

I think you're referring to Amy Comey Barret. Meee toooo!!! I wanted her there...she was perfect for the role. Being a mother of 7... Catholic beliefs...which obviously shows she's full blown against abortion...she would've been the pick...but now it is too late :(

I am doing okay Josie, except I was told this week that I may be going blind even after cataract surgery. I don't want that. Please pray for me. I am sure school will be a good move for you. Hang in there. :cool:
