That's funny, I lived in Ontario and there were like no blacks there other than a few Jamaicans. That's probably why you don't know any blacks who hate white people.

My observation is that different races have a tendency of flocking together.
Whites go to white churches and black folks go to black churches. Same, to some extent, goes for public places like restaurants, taverns etc.
You might could consider it segregation by choice, but it’s dangerous using words like that because people will interpret it in their own ways, which, more often than not, will be highly contaminated with political correctness.
It’s in a way no longer a valid alternative observing society and then inform the public about your observations, because you can’t tell them what you have observed, unless you put a pc spin on the narrative.
Many people don’t want to hear about how different races not necessarily are best friends. That fact doesn’t exist in their book.

I think all human beings are idiots, at least to some extent. When I was young working as a problemist, I did an internship in a lab where we where white lab coats. I was talking to one of my co-workers about being a Messianic Jew and a different girl, African - American butted into the conversation and said to me "OH YOU KILLED JESUS!"! I looked and her and replied, "TOMARROW I WILL BRING YOU A WHITE HOOD TO GO WITH THAT WHITE ROBE!"
LOL... She was afraid after that because she knew I could have her job, or at least a nice lawsuit....lol....

You should do some research. There's black hate rap. There are black racists. If you doubt that look to Louis Farrakhan and what he calls the black Muslims. Then there's the black nationalists, the new black panther party, and believe it or not a quirky little bunch that call themselves black supremacists.

Your word 'fear' is just a liberal buzz word for standing for what is right. If you are against homosexuality, or muslims, you are a homophobic or islamaphobic or whatever. See, we will have to come up with a phobia for your fear of racists. How about raceaphobic?
