Its by a different writer and I think he has a better idea what to do with girl characters apposed to Kishimoto. Kishimoto's twin brother from what I remember seems to have the same problem with the female characters in his manga too .

I forget too lol some Akatsuki throwback lol She is a good mom for sure. She reminds me of Mamoru from sailor moon. The only useful thing he did was have a kid lol
