You know, I've heard this kind of stuff many times before, both from christians and non-christian men, and every women who has been said this kind of stuff (wear some make up, dress more nicely, be more feminine) has felt really repulsed by the statement.
Women don't choose a guy only by their looks, they choose them by how they are. A kind, sweet, caring guy is WAY more appealing than a pretty macho man who looks taken out of a fashion magazine. Is true that physical appearance attracts, but if it doesn't come with a good personality then it doesn't matter how attractive the guy is, it's just unlikable. Appearance is not everything. Same goes for girls, what's the point of wearing make up if they're gonna be terrible people?
I understand that what you wrote is YOUR opinion and YOUR taste in women, but if it is, then look for someone just like that, others don't need to meet your standards.
The women I have related to want someone who respects them, respects their opinion and their need to be heard, care for them, make them laugh and are sweet and comprehensive with them. Someone who accepts them just as they are, and find them attractive even during their worst days. As for the economical part, how they spend their money or what they do with their time is their own problem, everyone has to manage their own business, and no one but the Lord has any saying on it. People can give advice, true, but if they take said advice or not is their own problem.
I know I can't talk for everyone, but I'm pretty sure that it's the same for both girls and guys, to just be accepted for who they are, not just for how the look

I almost never see a girl with a guy much less attractive than herself. Appearance is very high on the list for women, along with his money. I don't even know if real kindness makes the short list for what most women want in a guy. It's very true that nice guys finish last.
Of course, what I posted is my opinion. And, it's a very good opinion. If it were a poor opinion, those twits and trolls who have been hating on my for posting what I said could do better than claim women who wear makeup love to spend money on worthless things, are ugly hogs, are clowns, are stupid, and are insecure. (Of course, that's my wording of what those haters posted when they were pathetically insisting women use makeup for reasons other than to enhance their appearance. )
Even those twits and trolls hating on me are concerned with how they look. That's why they don't just throw on a potato sack and be done with it.
