Where you outlined how the individual states would function without a federal supreme court.
To me it is not workable, that which you have written, perhaps a two, or three state solution each with its own Supreme Court.
I totally get the secede, try living in Canada it is ten times worse and most people are mostly on the far left, there are very few true libertarians and conservatives.
Christians live in far more oppressive situations than we do, not sure that we can stem the tide anymore, but I wholeheartedly refute your identity politics.

Secession from what?
A relatively small segment of the American population (generously funded by anarchists such as Soros and other billionaires), has an evil plan to destroy America from within -- "Death to America".
The majority should not secede but insist on bringing the full force and authority of the President to bear upon the socialist, anarchist, BLM and Antifa thugs.
My questions are:
(1) why has President Trump stood by and not cleaned out the DOJ and FBI already?
(2) why has Mr. Trump not outlawed by Executive Order the Antifa and all Leftist anarchists already?
(3) why did Mr. Trump fail to shut down the bogus Mueller witch hunt at its very inception?
(4) why did Mr. Trump fail to insist that Senate Republicans apply their Nuclear Option to shut down the conspiracy against Kavanaugh?
(5) why did Mr. Trump fail to start building the wall within days of taking office?
(6) why did Mr. Trump sign the omnibus spending bill when it sabotaged his agenda, especially after saying he would veto it?
President Trump has been sabotaging himself and his agenda inspite of all the positive things he has accomplished.

It is definitely not a stupid question. The Civil War is history and so is the secession of the South. Even California's Left-Liberal dream about secession has been put to rest. What's needed right now is an effective strategy against the Radical Left. Unfortunately the Republicans are mostly RINOs and Trump is simply sabotaging himself.
I am not addressing the secession in the War between the States except as an example of what happens when you don't allow secession when the people want secession. The divisions that cause people to divide, and to want to secede still exist even though a government may not allow it.
If the War between the States is just history, why do they still destroy the South's monuments and flags? Why do they still harp on 'slavery'? Why?...because the divisions are still there among the people.
The secession I suggested was not a complete break with the union. But it is a break from the power of the Federal government to force the States to live like the Federal government wants them to.

No, there is never a vote of citizens to remove statues, flags, etc. It is down by liberal, left, and black representatives. I would love to see a popular vote taken. The reason it never comes to a public vote is they know they would lose.
