Personal jokes that are shared and understood can bring a couple together. I like that static cling idea too. You have to shake the can well before applying.

@tourist ..how did you let YOUR wife know your intentions were more than friendship?

I started off by sending her PM's with little subtle hints that I was interested. Soon, I would color certain portions of the letter with a color that would express the emotion about how I felt along with a color chart to explain what certain colors represented. After awhile, I would sing her certain love songs in the letters. I would write a passage of a song and then write what the words meant to me regarding her. She loved how the songs and the writing were intertwined.

Red = Romantic
Pink = Intimate
Blue = Playful
Black = Serious
Turquoise = Whisper

I believe that the writings in Turquoise did the trick. These words were spoken softly during the quiet of the night when we were alone with our thoughts.
