Here is an article I found that cites a study that backs up exactly what I said!

https://www.livescience.com/25079-females-prefer-thin-over-macho.html
And here's one that says exactly the opposite...

https://www.irishexaminer.com/break...efer-men-with-muscles-study-shows-818528.html

The internet is a wonderful thing. No matter what you believe, you can find a study to back it up. There is even a study that shows Christians have less than average intelligence.

I've been around more than 50 years and I tend to notice things. If that's something you want to hold against me, then so be it.

You know it's one thing to disagree with someone because you have facts or personal experiences that might prove otherwise.... and it's another thing when you disagree with someone just because you don't like what they said... that's called being judgemental.
Firstly, I’m not going to hold anything against anyone cos that’s just silly lol to me that’s like holding a grudge against someone for ages and I’m just not one to do that also, that’s great that you’ve been around 50 years but it doesn’t mean that you can validate what you said about knowing “what women want”.... I just find it weird how people can know what “women want” when clearly all women are different. Thats why I disagreed with you bro.

And I did say that I’m not so trusting of people who believe that they know what women want - I stand by what I say and it may have been a little harsh in your perspective to call it as “judgemental” but that’s how I feel and if you cannot accept that then who’s the one being judgemental? 🤔

Anyways, nothing but love for you and always know we’re all not going to agree with eachothers views/opinions. 👍🏽

What do christian women really want in a man?

Uh...

Nobody has ever figured that out. Men don't have a clue about this and even the women themselves can't tell you. When they get what they SAY they want, they want something different. If they get different, they want something else.

What do christian women really want in a man? Same thing as all the other women - whatever they don't have.

I typically like your responses, but I can’t tell if you’re being serious here or not. :)

There are definitely woman who want what they don’t have, but that is NOT true for the majority. I disagree with most of what you've said here.

What do christian women really want in a man?
Everyone knows what they want in their spouse. It's whether they are ready for it/commitment, that's the issue.

I think Women really want to be loved and to feel that love. Sure there are "qualities" that people may like or dislike, but when it comes down to it, if you feel loved, everything else has/will fall into place.

As for the difference between Christians and worldly women, I'd like to think Godly women want someone that love the Lord first.

That reply I posted about women not knowing what they want was about 35% facetious, or tongue-in-cheek, 20% wry commentary about what a lot of men say about women and 45% the way that a lot of humans (men and women) are.

The 45% is just the way of the world. The more we have, men or women, the more we want. If we get everything we want, we keep searching for something else to want.

Well I don't go around saying "Hey guys, I know what women want!" If that was the case, then I could see how you would not trust me... but I was simply answering the OP's question which was whether there's any difference between what women wanted 20 years ago compared to today..

Women want a man of steel. Powerful and strong yet gentle. He has two important things: an honest and humble heart and a well-worn Bible.

I want a man that can make things happen. Yell at the home appliance store when things are not delivered, take home the goods himself and connect them with an upgrade and a discount.

Lol..great topic question..especially since each woman is different..but if shes truly a Godly woman she will be looking for a Godly (not perfect) man that loves the Lord..takes His God given responsibilities seriously (see Bible references for this) and she'll try and see a man through Gods eyes..the rest will fall into place if God brings 2 together..thats why i laugh when i see lists from both men an women of "must haves"...we dont know the future and we often dont know ourselves and whats best for us..God does..so trust in Him is crucial...God wants tge very best for us...so if we want to date someone that God thinks isnt for our best..THANK HIM..he is saving you from that...And men..this whole thing like "well en are visual"..ok well..which eyes are you looking through..human or Godly..what makes a woman beautiful? (And women 6 figure incomes from a man wont make you happy either)..i heard the saying that if God brings you something or someone..He'll probide a way for you to keep it...its often when we take our eyes off God that we get in trouble...
