If a king said "Write down this decree and give it to the people." Would that decree be from the secretary that wrote it down, or from the king himself? Jesus commanded the apostles to write down everything that He commanded them to, and to teach it to us. Therefore the doctrine of the new testament is the doctrine of Christ.

If there is only "One Gospel", is it fair to say there are many different aspects of the gospel?

Not really. The Gospel in a nutshell is that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, and since all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, all need to obey the Gospel.

And the times of this ignorance God winked at [overlooked]; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

Yes and no.
All scripture as god breathed. but the pauline letters are comments on the original gospel taken from jesus. All the letters in red spoken by jesus. paul never added anything new.
Hebrews 2:3 New International Version (NIV)
3 how shall we escape if we ignore so great a salvation? This salvation, which was first announced by the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard him.

So the salvation comes from obeying the gospel that jesus brought. that he received from the father. (all the words in red)
failure to obey those red letters will get you in the hot seat.

you totally ignored what I posted because it contradicts your unbiblical renderings

we are not saved by obedience. we continue in obedience once saved and that only through the indwelling Holy Spirit who gives us strength to do so

you are preaching 'another Jesus' and most here will not agree with you

it has been plainly spelled out that Paul delivers ONLY the gospel of Jesus and says those who preach another gospel are accursed

if someone believes what you are teaching is truth, they are going to have to 'repent' of it and ask God to open their eyes to the real truth of the gospel of Christ...which, again, you do NOT represent

you defer to OT scriptures and are quoting Deuteronomy 19:15 which, while true, does not underscore the gospel of Christ which you claim to be an expert on while not understanding the actual gospel Jesus speaks of

who bears witness that we are included in the gospel and are saved?

10 He will use every kind of evil deception to fool those on their way to destruction, because they refuse to love and accept the truth that would save them.

2 Peter 3:15-16 New Living Translation (NLT)
15 And remember, our Lord’s patience gives people time to be saved. This is what our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you with the wisdom God gave him— 16 speaking of these things in all of his letters. Some of his comments are hard to understand, and those who are ignorant and unstable have twisted his letters to mean something quite different, just as they do with other parts of Scripture. And this will result in their destruction.

anyone can quote scripture and anyone does

now preaching the actual gospel of Jesus who saves us, is another matter

funny. I think Peter is one of the easiest Apostles to understand...even from a human POV and his spectacular denial of Jesus

now if you had said Paul says things that can be hard to understand, most would agree with you

what are you trying to say with 'evil teaching' and 'shameful immorality' ?

listen...this is not a teaching platform and you are not a teacher

this is a DISCUSSION forum but while we are discussing what the gospel of Jesus is, please be advised you are not currently representing it and have not represented it

once again, the kingdom of God Jesus spoke of is within us at this time

the gospel is God's plan of salvation through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ

there is no other way to God and no other way in which to be saved

Ok so I take it that you believe that the gospel as paul presented in his epistles is the gospel that saves you. And the words of jesus are not important. Only the death and burial and resurrection are correct at the end of his life.

you know I never said that and so does anyone who can read which would be everyone on this forum because they would not be here for the pictures :rolleyes:

you seem to have a gift for misquoting both scripture and the normative responses given you by people who illustrate the fact that Paul actually preached the gospel of Jesus...which you have decided he did not do

Would you say there is an aspect of confessing, believing, repenting which are related to salvation and yet there are disctinctions among them?

I never said paul did not preach the gospel. Every person on this forum I think agrees that paul preached the gospel.
My main question I THINK is what gospel did he preach. that is the crusck of the matter. If we can confirm what he preached and agree on it. Then I think we have made a major way forward. One gospel, One Hope , One Faith, One Spirit, One Jesus.

Yes, these are various aspects of salvation. But the GOOD NEWS (the Gospel) is that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and rose again for our justification according to the Scriptures.
