You are right !! - God has us here for now so eat, drink and be merry! In time, as we remain faithful to His will, we will see things we can't even imagine in terms of blessings - to that end I salute you with a Mcflurry! Salute! And to God I Praise Him and lay down my life in honor of His grace, and love, and reality. ....................... oh, oh, brain-freeze - too much Mc Flurry, too fast!!! Lol. .

I do that all the time! I make out a detailed list, and then I even go to propagate a responsible after-act by placing the list on the counter by my keys so I won't forget it. Then I go to the grocery store and rush in to accomplish my mission.....That's when I realize I am old and not 20. I realize the nice neat list is still sitting on that newly shined counter at home. So, I say to myself - "Self! I can do this anyway I just wrote the list a few minutes ago!" So I proceed to go about placing only the list in the basket.
Two hours later I come home with the list of items - only now it is a list a 20 year old would have boughten - candy goods, and pizza, and all the things I didn't put on my list of responsible edibles for my week! Its enough to either tear me up, or make me giggle - but usually both! The neighbors complain about my "gigglerying."
I bought some face cream once I still have no idea how to use! Or why I bought it - but it was so enticing when it claimed to be Organic! Who can stop from buying Organic? Apparently, not me! Just don't tell my pizza I said that!
