You would not expect them to be happy, The economy is growing, and people have more money in their pockets.. thats damaging to their theology. People can actually take care of themselves means less people need them (liberals)
 
My book shelves finally arrived. And my new binoculars, though they aren't normal size ones. They're more like mini ones..lol

My cat statues and cat lamp came too. The lamp is sooo cute. :o

Going up to Walmart today, get me some chocolate Valentine love. :cool:
 
Ah! I have seen this thread but I don't think I have posted on it before.

The trouble is the title is "Speak your mind" -- but that is impossible to post - I tried it - and I have to have at least 10 spaces filled - and it won't let me do just empty space . . . . .
 
Sooo I splurged on myself today. I bought a stuffed orange kitty valentine, a stuffed doggy and a stuffed teddy bear. Oh and I found a box of Elmer brand chocolates, with an orange kitty on the front that says "You've got cat-itude".. :cool:
 
A lot of times when a tragedy happens, people just say, "the person was mentally ill, lock them up". Instead of having that mentality, we should ask and investigate why that person commit that act. What caused that person to go mentally ill. If we can determine what is going on in the psyche of a person under mental health, we are able to prevent more tragedies. What good does it do to just lock them up and throwaway the key while not trying to figure out how they got to that awful state of mind.
