Nope. When I eat ice cream, one scoop is fattening. The next three scoops actually subtract calories from the first scoop. The whipped cream, hot fudge, nuts, and caramel are all fat free.
So, by eating four scoops of ice cream, with the added nuts, hot fudge, caramel & whipped cream, is actually ingesting less calories than one scoop alone. I keep telling myself this.
I am trying to watch what I eat, so I won't add the cherry on top.
